“Where do I start? I was in desperate mode. We had our home renovated 2 years ago. I am a wallpaper gal!! I love beautiful wallpaper. Well, we had our mirrors updated in our bathrooms last week. When they removed the mirrors along with the beveled edges, there were areas not wallpapered when we renovated 2 years ago. I was told to contact wallpaper companies and show them the pic. I emailed Leland's on Saturday evening with pics. Kimberly contacted me on Monday and said I can get both for you. I was like OMG!!! I prayed from last Thursday until last night that the wallpaper could be found. He answered that prayer through Leland's. And, I was also giving installers who could repair and install those areas. Thank you so very much!! And, thanks for great customer service!! They know their wallpaper.”

My girlfriend and I went to get a custom frame done. Kaitlyn helped us out, and she picked out the best frame for my picture that I didn't even see at first glance. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

“Stopped by yesterday to pick up a birthday present. First time here and meeting Mrs. Rosa. The shop is absolutely beautiful with so many pieces of art. Rosa showed me some other options for hanging planters and I found the perfect one for a gift. The price was such a good price. I love how she knows every single piece of art she has. It's like every single one was made with love. I absolutely love this place and will be back so many times to buy more art!!!! This is a hidden gem in Arlington!!!!”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!! We had went to a different location earlier today, and let's just say it wasn't a real Joann's. We have been to this location multiple times, and it is normally clean and staff is really nice. They try to help you the best you can if they aren't in that section. However, there was one extremely nice lady her name was Kay! She was not from the yarn department, however she still helped. We had seen a sign that said 25% off of everything. They were supposed to be taken down, however she still honored it since the person in that section did not take the signs down. She went to the front of the store and took the discount off of the clearance tags for us. After that she told us that everything that had a red tag was 25% off. She let us go look at More ( she left work at 5). And then she even stayed to check us out again to make sure it worked right. Even then she scanned a coupon since we didn't have one. If the manager sees this, you need to give Kay a raise. I love her!!!!!

“My visit to La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Arlington, TX was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the sales representative was excellent. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided great customer service, which significantly enhanced my shopping experience.
However, I was disappointed to learn that they don't sell office chairs on-site. If you're specifically looking for La-Z-Boy office chairs, you'll need to purchase them through other retailers such as Office Depot, Costco, Sam's Club, Staples, or Target. This limitation might be inconvenient for customers who prefer to see and test office chairs in person before buying.
Despite this drawback, the store itself seems well-stocked with other La-Z-Boy furniture options. The quality of service I received suggests that this location likely provides a good shopping experience for their available product lines.
If you're in the market for La-Z-Boy furniture other than office chairs, this gallery is worth a visit. The staff's expertise and willingness to help make it a pleasant shopping environment. However, if you're specifically seeking La-Z-Boy office chairs, you'll need to look elsewhere.

“I haven’t shopped here in years, but this was the cleanest location I’ve ever seen! I found so many great things for such a low price. Lower than Burlington but just as good. I will definitely come back in a month once they restock. The only con was the cashier. She wasn’t friendly AT ALL. Kind of brought the morale down because everyone at the entrance was saying welcome to DD’s. Not enough to take down stars though because I accomplished what was needed.”

Good place to go if you're looking for a possible match to other PB pieces you've found previously (you can actually call to ask and they will look for you if not too busy).They do keep the store quite tidy and organized and the sales staff are friendly and willing to help or answer questions.I personally like the outlet store more in San Marcos as it's just different, but this one is nice too.As I said they are helpful on the phone too if you're searching for a particular piece and are pretty knowledgeable about what they have and/or willing to look if not too busy.”
