Used to be a great place to stay, centrally located. They should be closed down right now due to construction. Currently sitting in my room on the top floor with NO working elevator, no ice machine even on the floor, and NO working phone line. I booked with the front desk and she NEVER mentioned the condition of the hotel. Just took my reservation and charged my card. Since it was a same day reservation, they won't refund. Will never stay here again.Beware!

Skip this hotel. Poor wifi. Only one working ice machine in the building. Most gym equipment does not work. Slow elevators with no stairs available with 1st floor indoor access.

This is us, sitting in the hallway for over 30 minutes because they can't get into our room. They've made new keys. They've used master keys. Now they've just left us and we don't know what's going on? Our 2 dogs are inside the room and have been for 6 hours. As Hilton Honors members we're currently considering our Marriott Rewards for the remainder of our trip and future trips.Nearby activities: Close to the major ballparks

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Heavily under construction to the point they should definitely be closed. Elevators rarely worked and hotel staff didn’t care to help. Construction starts early and throughout the day. Good luck sleeping. This morning I was woken by a fire alarm in the hotel with obviously no fire anywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE!Don’t say I didn’t warn you

There are a few restaurants around, but the majority are at least a mile away.Rooms: Good size rooms, the bed is comfortable but the rooms have a smell that we can tell what it is.

I’m not happy. Hotel is undergoing major renovation and the main reason I choose this hotel and willing to pay extra was because of the indoor hot tub and pool - BOTH CLOSED !!!! Front desk mumbled something about they should put notice on the website.

If you are thinking about staying here, think twice!!! Thought we were staying in a nice, safe place. WRONG! Someone tried to steal our Corvette-parked under the lights. Broke out the window, damaged the trim. $2000+. Police told us it was not a good area, and that they have had a lot of trouble with vandalism and theft. We wont be staying here anymore. Irony is, they have an underground parking area-The staff new I had parked outside when I checked in - never told me about it. Security guard and police were helpful - too little too late. Asked the staff if they would be gracious enough to comp the room for the trouble. They gave me the old "Legally.....No". We came with 2 others who had their own rooms- not like the hotel was going to lose a lot of $$$.

Stayed at this place for over a month, did not have 1 single bad experience, rooms are cleaned every 2 days,i will say the breakfast is very simple and gets repetative, Great location near stadium, a shuttle is offered on event days to stafium for $15 per person, round trip.Nearby activities: Att stadium

Staff was very nice. They offered free water as a Hilton Honors member. It's nice to check in after a travel day and be greeted with a smile and feel valued. It was also nice to have walking distance restaurants (Saltgrass, Steak N Shake) next door to be able to eat without a car.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were in Arlington visiting family and wanted to stay near by. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was able to choose a room a day in advance and check in. I didn’t have to go by the front desk at all because everything was handled digitally from checkin and to check out. Even my room key was digital and would unlock our room, the pool and fitness center. When we did interact with employees at the front desk and at the bar, everyone was pleasant and friendly.Nearby activities: Extremely close to the baseball and football fields in addition to Six FlagsWalkability: Close proximity to dine in and fast food restaurants and convenience stores. You really don’t need a car. They also has shuttles fromThe hotel to the stadiums.

I was here for business but hotel is located close to many attractions. Rooms were standard for Hilton; spacious, clean, and in good repair. Staff were friendly and helpful. They area appeared safe, I didn't feel like my car would be vandalized or like I couldn't go outside after dark. Plenty of local dining nearby.

Near all of Arlington's attractions and venues. We took the shuttle to the Rangers game. The hotel is nice and clean.Nearby activities: Rangers, Cowboys, Six Flags

The hotel did not honor the room I digitally checked into, had a family and had to make it work. On top of that, the cost for the room was much more than it was worth. Then to find out that breakfast was not included in the inflated price was very disappointing.

Its 3 amThere's a rave happening. Cool..but got my kid. Gotta be up in two hours dude. Its a hotel. Not a club. Sadly the person next door to us also had some kind of domestic issue going on too. He was yelling since 6 am until 11 am when we left. Walls paper thin. No one at front desk when we left. They also charged my son $14.50 for a breakfast buffet. Its a pretty hotel. The bar was great. But the other issues drown out the good here. Sadly I don't want to come back
