Stayed at this location last Nov. and card was somehow charged on 3/16. Really shady follow up from team. No one appears to know what’s going on.

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport and across from the 1st Six Flags. The hotel seems recently renovated, and the contractor did a good job. The hotel is very nice and clean with an onsite restaurant. There's a lounge for guests opens 24 hours if you need drinks or coffee with an espresso machine. Free shuttle service within 3 miles. Services are excellent with friendly staff. Leah, one of the staff, checked us to make sure everything was ok and meeting their expectations. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and a small gym with modern equipment. The only issue I have with this hotel is the linen dust in the room. I can't say they didn't vacuum, but my phone was covered with linen when I woke up.Rooms: Very cleanNearby activities: Six Flags is across the highwayFood & drinks: Many restaurants within walking distance and on site

We booked this place for training and had our participants and support stay as well. The hotel rooms were nice and beds very comfy however there was a lot of noise during the day due to refurbishment. They had also said that most of the rooms were getting changed out for showers only which doesn't make sense to me - after a long day, you need a bath! This said - the bath wasn't really a bath, didn't have enough depth to it to full enjoy it. I had to move rooms as my suite wasn't available for the duration - the shower was quite disappointing in the first room (not enough pressure) however pressure in the suite was a god send (but it couldn't stick to a temperature for some reason). For the training - the rooms worked, the only thing missing was an introduction to our event manager and a walkthrough of the days. There were a few misses due to this. But I've got to say, the staff were absolutely lovely. Big shout out to Marqus (sorry if I have spelt your name wrong!) on reception and Santos who was part of the banquet team.I hope I get to come back soon!Walkability: Not really anywhere to walk to, however the hotel offers a shuttle service within 4 miles

No one tells me there is a room construction above my room when check in. Horrible noise throughout the day. I traveled with my baby daughter who needs sleep! And sleep is very important!I can hear every small procedure they made above me.

It has a good location. But with the price it should provide breakfast.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. Rooms are old and dirty. Fridge doesn’t work, nor does the plugs by the nightstand. I would not stay here again for $160 a night.

My room on 15th floor was recently renovated, super comfortable, and the climate control worked as expected. Bathroom is small but functional. Our party chose this location, mostly for logistics. I was not a fan of staying in Arlington, but my opinions were swayed by the great service and excellent room.Plenty of parking. Police observation unit gave me peace of mind to park my vehicle, though highly recommend removing valuables from your car. There are nicer areas in the mid-cities, but this is a nice oasis in Arlington. Recommend!Nearby activities: Six Flags, Globe Life Field, AT&T stadiumNoteworthy details: Appreciated the nice views to the north

We stayed here for a cheer event. First thing when we arrived the toilet was running continuously just a short phone convo and they came and fixed promptly. However the carpet was very dirty around the edges you could tell where they vacuum and the curtain rod was hanging from wall on one end. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. But the pillows are nice. We had an issue with our complimentary breakfast. We followed the breakfast signs and it led us to a restaurant type place. We ate the buffet and when we were finishing eating we were told it would be chaired to room. The bill was 70 dollars for two adults and a child. The breakfast at least should have been complimentary because it was like a free breakfast you receive at other hotels. So if you stay here be sure to have funds to pay for complimentary breakfast

The front desk lady Senaida was very helpful and professional. Gave me a great breakdown of all the benefits and service Hilton has to offer. Thank you Senaida!Food & drinks: The coffee machine was pretty cool.Noteworthy details: A lot of benefits for a hotel. I really enjoyed the workout location and the indoor pool.

I had a meeting to attend at the att stadium, and this Hilton was in close proximity to it as the only reason for choosing Hilton. Staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. Upon arriving to our room, I noticed that it was updated not long ago. However some things need attending to. The remote to tv didn't work and was fixed the second day. No ventilation in the bathroom steams up pretty bad cause ceiling fixtures to be rusty. Needs a new toilet that flushes and is comfort height, TV needs updating looks to be about 10-12yrs old. No microwave and refrigerator was a little worn. I understand the weather before we arrived was a little cold but the ice melt all over the front of the property should have been swept up.....room vs charge is out of line....I travel and have had much nicer elsewhere. Hats off to the help however owner needs to step up his game.

I’m here for a conference and the conference room didn’t have heaters. It was freezing. When checking I heard “I don’t know. Just stick him in a double”. So rooms weren’t ready. I couldn’t figure out why I’m sneezing so much until I looked at the air filter in my room.Don’t agree with my feedback!! That’s lazy. Your GM should have commented that you’ll do a room by room inspection of every single air filter and get them changed.People don’t need apologies, they need action. Don’t tell me why you’re sorry. Tell me how you’ll fix it.
