Horrible service department. It takes extremely long for service, even with an appointment. I would not recommend for servicing your vehicle. I bought my Volkswagen at this dealership and I do not recommend getting service done. Each time with an appointment it takes about 5 hours. That’s ridiculous and for the inconvenience, they can wash your car.

This is a shady dealership I have bought many vehicle in my life time and my experience at Hiley has been extremely disappointing. I certainly regret doing business with them.

Update: 2020year car broke down after 2000 miles and wont start and waiting 2hrs for a tow to a shop in my city since dealership is 2hrs away, didn't even get to the oil change sticker miles
3months of calling. Still no real plate or registration sticker so I cant even do lyft, uber, or door dash which is my work.
Has 2 deep scratches that hid when wet but drove 4hrs to get to them.
Has a really bad dent in the metal on the underside.

“C” was AMAZING. I never felt like I was being sold car. It felt more like I was getting to choose my car. No thick salesman like pitches. (This was my 4th & 5th car from Hiley VW & I will never buy from anyone else).

I bought a car a year ago, and I paid it off, I was asking to cancel the gap insurance, they took their sweet time, horrible customer service, I waited for almost 2 hours 2 times.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Hiley Mazda VW that I feel compelled to share. The moment I walked in, the customer service from both the sales and finance teams were desperate to get the deal done, this is after i closed the deal on the new VW JETTA the sales person, seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my questions, making the entire buying process frustrating and stressful.
The issues didn't end there. After deciding to purchase a vehicle, the finance team failed to submit the necessary paperwork to the credit union in a timely manner. This oversight caused unnecessary delays and complications with my financing. To make matters worse, the dealership also neglected to register the car. It has been over 70 days since my purchase, and the vehicle is still not registered.
Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail from both the sales and finance teams at Hiley Mazda VW has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and professional car-buying experience.

Driving to the dealership because I saw 2 Tiquan SE with special pricing. Arrived there only to be disappointed, they said both cars already sold...really within 30 minutes? Jeffrey, the salesman manager told Julio to show me the other option only to find out they won't match the online price or compromise with it at all. Make it worst they won't allow me to take a pic of the quote price, Julio said it's the policy. Why Hiley Subaru let me take a pic of 2 quote prices then??? Very Low and Bad customer service. Mis-advertise and not wanting to compromise? Definitely Lost my business.
