Up until January 2024 I had no problem getting my prescriptions filled. In January the staffing changed and they are terrible to deal with. Was told to find another pharmacy to fill prescriptions written because their current providers didn't offer one of the meds the Doctor was writing anymore.

Was the go to pharmacy but When Louren left so did all sense of customer service and professionalism, kids with attitudes and they are tired of hearing Loren's name , even the pharmacist says we'll we have to find our own way just like Loren did , well guess you lost my business too after 30 years

Highpoint Pharmacy WAS worth the trip. Now that him and the lady whose name I’m forgetting are gone. The place has gone to hell. They don’t seem to give a damn about people. I’ve been waiting for a script for almost two weeks, now. Not because they were out but because they’re lazy as hell. It’s amazing how losing a couple of people will completely destroy a company. Only if I have absolutely NO choice, will I return to this place. I MISS YOU LOREN!!!!

High Point Pharmacy is the best. I am so grateful to have found it. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to help you, the staff is always friendly. Presciptions are filled promptly, and you are notified right away when your prescription is ready. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you High Point.

High Point Pharmacy is worth the trip. They carry medications I can not get elsewhere, and their customer service is stellar! I have never experienced an "attitude" from anyone there. The manager/Pharmacist, Loren is wonderfully supportive. They also offer compounding services. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Truthfully, I've never had anything to complain about when working with them.

The staff there is amazing, sweet, informative and most importantly helpful! This pharmacy’s staff care! They took the time to share options and complete my moms order with only 10 minutes to close! We certainly need more caring individual in this world like the team there! I did not get names but the pharmacist and I believe tech that worked late on 1/5/2023 are AMAZING!

By Far the best Pharmacy in the entire area. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. I’ve been buying from them for many years and they will text me when it’s time for a refill and when it’s ready to pickup. One other thing is that my medications are very costly and they found a program to where I didn’t pay as much before Medicare. THATS a CARING PHARMACY. Not one other one in the entire area offered this help. It’s not a neighborhood or even close pharmacy to us but the travel is worth the help.

I can't believe I have never written a review about one of my FAVORITE places in Arlington, Texas! Yes, I was standing in a LONG line at one of the popular drugstores to pick up my prescriptions one day when I just couldn't take it anymore. The lines, the customers complaining loudly, the wrong drug, the 'we don't carry that' excuse finally wore me down. I made the switch after leaving one of my doctors' offices in the same building and saw Highpoint Pharmacy beckoning to me with it's open window, NO lines and smiles on the employees. That was an 'AH HA' moment for me and all I needed to make it my one and only. In the years I have been a customer I have never waited in line, never had any mistakes with my prescriptions and have never been treated less than kindly. They are my favorite people and now they are my FRIENDS.

The Customer Service is amazing. They worked with my Dr. to get the lowest price on a presription, saved me hundreds. They always remember my name. I have moved all my prescriptions here, even though they aren't the most convenient.
