  I honestly have never been so appalled in my life by people who claim to be professionals. My mother went here for her well woman exam and was seen by Dr. Van T Tran. Dr. Tran began by calling my mother fat (yes she used those exact words) and used further verbally abusive language not conducive to a proper doctor-patient relationship. Dr. Tran not only did not want to see my mother but said word for word that my mother does not have good insurance and as such, she does not get paid enough to be her doctor. My mother left this clinic very emotionally traumatized. Dr. Tran has had many numerous complaints in the past but this one hit home because it was my mother. Dr. Tran nor this clinic should be seeing any patients. She and the clinic need to be investigated by the State Board of Medical Examiners. They value profit over the health and wellness of patients. Dr. Tran took an oath before she became a doctor and should not be prioritizing patients based on whether she will benefit grand financial gain. This place is a factory not a clinic. I do not and will never recommend this clinic. Their staff is extremely lazy and unwelcoming. They only value customers with insurance that provides them the most in profit. Although my mother pays a good amount in copay, they do not value her as a human being because she is not paying hundreds upon hundreds per visit as copay. Please save yourself the pain and anguish by finding another clinic and doctors.

  If I could leave no stars I would. The wait time is unacceptable, even if there are 5 patients you will be waiting 2 hours or more. This is the most unprofessional and unethical clinic I have visited in my entire life. Dr. Tran is highly unprofessional. The conversation she has with you in the patient rooms are extremely unprofessional & troubling. She fully discusses her political views, her dislike for other ethnicities, and negatively comments on your health instead of giving suggestions to improve. I understand she is an elderly doctor but that is no excuse to treat your patients like garbage. The filing of patients document is unacceptable as well. Patient files are exposed & stacked to the ceiling of the office building, and in order to be tested you must sign forms that the receptionist takes 30 to 50 minutes to find. All in all I would tell you to RUN from this clinic it is very unprofessional, unethical, and they need to be inspected as soon as possible. Take my advice & RUN from this clinic please.

  Worst Doctor and staffs unprofessional and long wait just for check up.
