My wife and I had the worst experience At Helzberg Diamond ! After buying multiple rings, bracelets and earrings from them, my wife and I just experienced the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We were lied to and scammed with our latest purchase!! We were treated with no respect. I honestly have to say I’m let down and extremely disappointed! I won’t ever shop here again. Google review makes you give at least 1 star or I wouldn’t give this company any stars. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have tried to contact customer support several time without any luck. Be very careful if you decide to shop with helzberg Diamond.

If I could give zero stars I would!
I purchase a ring for my husband on Aug 8th. I was super excited to go to Helzberg because my husband bought two pieces of my ring from here. I felt it only made sense to continue business with them. I purchased the ring for our 15year wedding anniversary. Entering Helzberg I noticed it was on sale , the transaction was less than 7mins literally. The ring was a size 10. I wasn’t certain what size my husband was (being that he has had the same ring for years) I wanted the purchase to be a surprise. So I asked what the return policy was (the associate said there’s a 30 day return policy /30 day to add the warranty) I waited on the warranty because I wanted to make sure my husband liked the ring first. My husband tried on the ring the next day Aug 9, and it didn’t fit, it was to small. We kept it in the box, couple weeks passed, I mentioned to my husband to try on the ring again. Like mentioned before, It didn’t fit and then he decided it was a little too flashy, so I was just gonna take it back. Therefore, I went into the store again on Aug 31st (still within the time frame of the return). Under the impression I could return.
I came in with the ring in box, receipt, bag, even the Helzberg gift paper. The associate, I don’t recall her name ( a Manager, she was being shadowed by a young guy, she wears glasses with dark curly hair) proceeded to examine the ring, asked if it had been worn I told her the TRUTH it had been tried on twice (Aug 8 & 31st). She went forth with the return, she said she couldn’t give the full return to my card, since I paid $500 in cash that I had to get the remaining in a check, she asked if I wanted it to be sent to the store or my home, I called my husband to ask. We both agreed for the check to go to the store. Then the associate said, “something is wrong with the computer I just wanna make sure I do it right, let me go ask one of my co workers a question”.
She never comes back, JON STARKEY approaches me and states, “he can not give a return on rings that have been worn” I say, “been worn” my husband tired it on twice, there’s nothing wrong with the ring!” The manger prior to you (speaking about the woman) didn’t mention anything other than me being able to get a return so what happened???
Overall, It was humiliating, they made me feel like I was small, like I was tryna get over on them. The ring was and still is in perfect condition. I asked to speak with the woman again, they tried showing me a scratch that didn’t exist (if there is a scratch it was there when I bought it, he didn’t wear it long enough to rub it against anything he tried it on raised his hand up an took it off, the both times he tried it on) I even took off my rings to show her the difference of what a ring that’s been worn looks like.
Needless to say, the transaction when purchasing the ring they didn’t examine the ring the way they did when I returned it. Also, if there’s a 30 day policy you can’t try on the ring? What’s the point of the return policy. Im not a liar, crook or a conman and that’s how they made me feel. I’ll never go back there! Every time I look at my ring my husband bought me from there I think of this encounter and my heart just hurts. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer like they treated me. I’m disappointed in the way they treated me and all I did was tell the truth. Now I’m stuck with a ring that my husband can’t even fit.

My husband and I are celebrating our 34 anniversary. We bought our wedding sets from Helzberg in 1988. Paid off through a lay a way plan. Wedding in 1990. We always go in each anniversary to clean our rings. This year we went in and they had the most beautiful center diamond. My husband surprised me with an upgraded diamond for our anniversary! The sales team was fabulous and made my 34 year old wedding set look brand new. Forgive the manicure that is needed! Thank you to my husband and Helzberg! I feel loved!

Bev is the BEST! I brought my wedding ring to get one of my diamond stone replaced. Took less than what I was told. Excellent service. And of course my ring came back perfect and looked beautiful.

Elma Sims helped me at the Parks mall in Arlington because our Helzberg closed in Lubbock Texas. I took my rings in to be resized cleaned up and they shipped them to my home since we could only stick around in Arlington for a weekend! All the employees were very nice
And Elma made a point that I could contact her for any orders I need. Thanks for going the extra mile for us!
