Had an appointment with Janet! She did an amazing job! Very clean and comfortable environment. I was able to get in the same day. Amazing prices! It was my first time and I left with an appointment to return.

So first, let me just start by saying I have been here a couple of times but the lady that helped me The first two times wasn't there this time... I don't even know if she's there still wirking there but my stepdaughter is always telling me how good this place is So I figured I would go again...also I see the 4.6 star reviews on Google so I go in feeling very confident that I will walk out with a good haircut or at least a decent one. Nope! I don't know what happened but I am NOT happy. First of all I was quoted a $22 haircut over the phone she, Janette, tried to charge me $27 because she gave me a blow dry that I did not ask for... Y'all I am not happy!! She butchered my hair so bad I just wanna cry. I cannot do anything with it… It looks horrible. I look like a man!! I wanted my hair like the pictures of myself that I showed her of how I usually wear my hair when its short, a cute, pixie hairstyle. Y'all! My hair is cut so short I can't even get a brush around it or the tiniest little hair clip in my hair. I gave 1 star but I'd give her zero stars if I could. I'm so embarrassed of how my hair lookd I can't even look at myself in the mirror! Thank God, my hair grows fast. It's gonna take at least two or three weeks for it to grow out so I can do something with it. I'm hoping I can play with some stiff hair gel and spike it up a little bit.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. I have thick long corse/frizzy aka wavey/curly hair. Not a lot of places like messing w my hair. Janet is my savior! She colored and cut my hair w so very little direction from me. She just knew how to cut my type of hair! JANET I WILL BE BACK lol

I’ve been going to heflins for years. I’ve had a good experience but recently, it was bad. Everyone is nice but I had a stylist that I’ve never had before and she really messed up my hair. Cut it too short, messed up my layers, and it was not even.
