So personally growing up we always shopped at the goodwill, but now that I’m an adult, I don’t shop at the goodwill but I do donate to the goodwill. I went in the store just to see if I can find a pair of blue jeans & I was beyond disappointed, the jeans was $10 and I feel like that is extremely high for something that was donated to y’all for FREE!!! I literally turned around & walked out, went to a regular store because I’m going to get a brand new pair of jeans for at least $12-15 from Burlington or citytrends, definitely was disappointed, I feel like this world is overly greedy because there’s no way free jeans should be over $5, especially used and ashy jeans lol just saying. Let’s do better, the goodwill is supposed to be of HELP.

The store is fairly neat and organized. But some of the items they have for sale are overpriced. A couple of the couches look like they should be in the trash because they look so dirty and worn that it seems they would be a health hazard to even try to sale to someone. They have a few new with tags clothing and accessories that you could probably find cheaper at a regular department store. I was not very impressed with the store, mainly the prices. If you're looking for decent second hand sofas, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Don't think I will be visiting this Goodwill store anytime soon.

Horrible managers and rude store manager I really don’t know where they be finding these so called “managers” when they be acting like kids instead of the bosses they’re supposed to be. I’ve known people who have worked here and all say the same that the managers just aren’t it.

Do go to this store. The manager Cecee and her assistant manager Claudia are so rude and unfair. They hold products and bins back for a guy named Raymond and really wait until he shows up, pick thru the stuff and then they put it on the shelves. There have been several complaints and I even aske why Raymond is allowed to go in the back and pick thru stuff or they bring it to the front and put behind the cashiers and only let him got threw it before it goes on shelves. They are never friendly and make it not fun to shop here. Good news though in the same area theres a new large thirft store. Looks pretty cool!!

Clean and well organized by style and size. Workers are very friendly. Great discount points program when it works. Ac can be sketchy. Goodwill nationally has raised prices to ridiculous numbers. They frequently charge the same or more than retail.

This location was right next to the clinic where I had an eye exam/appointment. Since I had my eyes dilated, I needed to kill some time shopping to help readjust to the light. This is one of the larger stores I've seen, and I had a blast shopping through all the merchandise. Everything was very-well organized, and the store was exceptionally clean. Even though I didn't find anything to purchase, I will definitely come back to visit.

I found the prices to be reasonable and affordable, particularly when compared to other thrift stores or even traditional retail outlets. It was refreshing to see a store that values accessibility and affordability, making it an excellent option for individuals on a budget or those seeking great dealsEqually notable was the friendly and helpful nature of the store's staff. The employees at Goodwill went above and beyond to assist customers and answer any questions they had. Their genuine willingness to help and engage with shoppers added a welcoming atmosphere to the store, making the overall experience all the more enjoyable.

I have always loved this store but I'm disappointed now because of changes in the Loyalty Program. I had points accumulated to use and suddenly they are ALL GONE. No warning just GONE! I have been told that everyone has been taken to "0"points without being given any notice. Why? Is everyone just starting over or what? The store has increased all the pricing even though they get everything FREE! Now no loyalty points! What's going on?
