my wife stayed home to wait for the tecnician, he went to the wrong house and said there was no one at home. that was 2 weeks ago so i told them i want my money back but nothing im still waiting. terrible service

We are very satisfied with our Arlington TX Glass Doctor experience. Had a number of windows that need glass replacement and the service was excellent. Felipe R and Juan C arrived at appointed time, explained the process, completed in a timely manner and once done, cleaned all up. Appreciated the great work, and the price was on point

the employees who came and worked on our home were pros, always respectful, considerate and knew their work - your company must be proud of them. I will hope that you would send them to me and all my family and friends and neighbors. Martin Eubanks and George Waddell came out promptly on the scheduled date (early morning and on a weekend!). They wasted no time getting to work and doing a great job. They paid close attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure that the repairs will last. Very good experience with these guys!
