Wowww! Obnoxiously rude place and scammers, were told over FB by “owner” Edith that batteries and chargers were $10 each and the employee calls to confirm with her since they are trying to now sell it for $50-$100 over speaker and goes ballistic she then starts saying how stupid we are for thinking she would ever sale at that price (even though we had the proof to show on messages). Drove over 1 hour for nothing! Don't expect them to keep there word about pricing and usage of tool life

As you can see the lack of worry they have for potential customers, its been 2 months since initial incident and they barely respond. Now as of the pricing we have proof of messages through FB/offerup that you all false advertise about pricing.

BUYER BEWARE. Bought a miter saw today only to find out it doesn’t work at all. I see the store commenting here saying they offer refunds within a few days but my complaint was refused.

I spent a lot of money on a dewalt miter saw from this shop, Noe said I have 3 days after that no warranty. When I arrived home, the miter saw would not start. I recorded a video of the Miter saw and sent it to Noe, he responded, all sales are final, no warranty, and told me to have a good day. I don't know how you expect me to have a good day when you ripped me off Noe. I mentioned the 3 day period, he lied and said it was only for other tools he sells at his shop but the Miter saw was not included. I will hire a lawyer, because what he did is completely illegal and fraud.

Bought a piece of equipment only to get home and it doesn't work. When I let the guy know, he says all sales are final. Wow. Shady business. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GEN TOOLS.

ZERO stars. Bought a miter saw only to get home and discover that it doesn't work. Store says they won't return. Don't waste your time here, the discount isn't even worth it.

These people are crazy friendly and helpful. Edith , the owner, very helpful and kind. I will make the two hour trip from Longview again to purchase.
