Their clearance prices are not accurate. I bought clearance shirts and Funko Pops. They have BOGO free on clearance items. I was overcharged $12 from my purchases. Plus I’m a PRO member.

Really disappointed to show up 15 minutes after it's supposed to be open, to find it locked up. It's OK though, there's a Walmart in the same parking lot. They'll get my money going forward ?

Happy Return Location is awesome. You will be amazed. So easy and smooth to return your mdse from select retail stores. Just make sure that you have the code ready. Their staff is amazing here.Haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. Courteous, professional, and polite! They really go above and beyond!

The employee was alright no problems there, but when I went to buy a PS5 they literally make u buy a 15 $ membership just so you have the right to purchase ps5 from their store.

I have been shopping at this store for the last ten years. Pretty much always have had great experiences. But the last two visits I experienced pretty poor customer service from Luca.

Was really hoping for the midnight release of Modern Warfare 2. Guy at the counter told me be here at 11pm respectively. Waited about 30 minutes with other people and no one showed. Thanks for wasting my time.
