Pre-ordered a Funko Pop and when I call in to see if they have received it they do not answer. Also they said they would call me and yet I have received no call by them and the item I pre-ordered is in stock. Luckily I only put 5 dollars in for the Pre-ordered so they can keep it.

So just bought a digital Ps5 and from what they were saying as soon as you open the box the seal is broken.? Got home and the tape on the box already looks tampered with. I look inside and none of this stuff looks original that came with it. Hopefully I didn’t waste my time and money.
You’re Manager also told me everything negative about it and not 1 thing positive. ?

Bought a light Saber and it was just a mouse pad. The picture showed a light Saber. We opened one small tape and the cashier did not want to refund it. Why would you sell a product like this to trick customers.

Just a heads up! They will not price match to their own website. They have a game in store for 39.99 but on their website it is 29.99. Was told by 2 employees that per their manager they will not price match to their own website unless I have a pro membership. Went to target and got it for $29.99
