Dani is amazing! she help me and my daughter open up a personal checking account. I was referred here by my sister who also opened up an account with her and she said the same thing. I had an issue when trying to open up by business account with another bank and decided to reach out to Dani and my gosh she helped me! I followed her from Matlock location to the Arlington Lake location. If she moves again and I need her, Ill follow her. Provides excellent customer service as well as the rest of the staff when I go in to cash checks. I love banking with Frost.

This bank is incredible. The staff is very professional and friendly. There is rarely a line inside. There is an outside ATM. The drive-thru has two lanes.

Horrible bank!the check is verified and they still won't deposit the money in to my account ,apparently a lady name Alex is in charge of the checks and try to call here is like pulling a teeth, you will get hold of the president before you get hold of this lady ! Stay a way from this bank

The manager April was very rude!!!! I do not recommend this branch at all !!!! I was treated very poorly by April and I’m very disappointed in this branch. She made me feel very out of place due to my skin color also accused me of fraud

Just moved here and wanted to open a new checking account locally. I was told this bank was a great bank to use. I was told today that I could not open an account because I do not have a utility bill in my name. I had a check from SS with my name and new address on it. Went through several verifications to be able to change my address with SS but the bank refuses to allow me to open an account. Quizzing me about why I want to open an account what I will be using the account for. What I do for a living, how long I’ve owned my own company. I felt like I was being interrogated then a potential customer. When did moving across the country and wanting to bank locally become a crime?

Great customer service and experience.Ashley was super informed and gave me some advice on how to use a cashier's check, especially since I have very little experience using them. The worst customer service I have ever experience. I had a problem with the service there and tried to talk with April the branch manager. She never returned my call..They may be ok for having a personal checking account but I would never ever try to set up a business account there.
