We hired David Tapia( floor covering international) in Arlington almost one year ago for wood floorAnd he took the money from us $1000in advance and till today he is not showing at my home to start work and not pick up my phone too. AS well as even not giving my money back too.So it's highly recommended do not go with this company please

Update: Today the pipes burst from the ceiling flooding my theater room. I had the carpet, waterproof lined, as well as the coated padding, also waterproof as a backup. All I had to do was use my carpet cleaner to extract the rusty water that was thankfully being held by the lined carpet backing. The water never made it to the padding. This investment was well worth the choice I made. I won’t have to worry about any smells that would’ve gotten trapped in a soaked pad and my carpet is as clean as the day they installed it. Amazing products.Theater seats platform. Hired them for a second job. Did a great job, couldn’t be happier.

We hired floor covering international with the intent of fixing our backroom floor. It was in good condition but needed something placed for stability underneath. We hired them to fix this issue and lay down new floor. We payed $2,400 and all they did was lift the floor and lay down new ones without fixing the issue. So now they are giving problems and cant even say they can fix the problem after all the money we payed. The owner is beyond unprofessional barely answering messages and if he does with unclear communication. Stating when he will be at our home vs asking if we are available. He says he is going to see if he can fix it but cant make promises. And wants to “estimate” it. Because he never quoted me for repair which im in shock. That was the ONLY reason we hired him in the first place. TO REPAIR.They split the credit card fee and gave me a small carpet for free. Both things were offered never asked for and have been thrown in our face several times now.I wouldn’t trust them again. And will question their communication and intention. Very disappointed and we are looking to taking drastic measures if this doesn’t get fixed. we payed too much money for the issue not be addressed.
