Good training place with a variety of equipment, has personal trainers, has friendly people and is a good place with a very calm atmosphere. Sometimes it gets very crowded and you can't use many machines, but that's good because it speaks well of the place, it means that it is popular and it's a good place that's why it has a lot of clientele.

Lied about equipment when I called them. Doesn’t offer a week long pass, $16 for the day. Does not have a trap bar. Didn’t like the vibe, desk staff was slightly more professional than 24 hour fitness.

love this gym and have been going to it for many years. It's a CHEAP gym so I don't understand why people expect fancy stuff. No the machines won't have the thick padding as you find in LA Fitness or other more expensive gyms but it gets the job done. My only issue is that they are no longer open 24hrs and I prefer to workout at night due to my schedule.

Worst front desk. Very unprofessional and rude. From the moment we walked in, she did not greet us gracefully . Me and my cousin are new to town and we got a day pass to see if this is a gym we would like to join but after our experience this gym is definitely not an option. My cousin address on her ID has not been updated and they didn’t let her in. However didn’t know your location determined if you got it in. Online it’s says it’s a free 5 day pass. However she proceeded to charge us $20 dollars a day. Thankfully we went next door to 24 hour fitness where we signed up for a day pass, after this incident . We had no issues and where able to have a good workout.. All the staff at 24 hour fitness were very helpfully and answered all our questions .

If you guys aren't going open 24hours again at least hire employees that will be there on time. Waiting outside the door or in our car for the gym to open at 5am 3days out of the week is ridiculous. Some of us have drank our pre-workout and ready to go......

I went in to go workout with my daughter. I arrived there at 7:10 pm. I take my kid to the kids center, the front lady doesn’t even greet or anything. They ask me to scan my ID and I did. It was my first time to bring my daughter so I had to fill out the paperwork. Once I was done the lady tells me that it’s too late. She says it’s (7:55 pm) and that they are about to close. I check my watch and it’s only (7:14 pm). Right there I knew something was off. I correct her and she proceeds to say that they are not allowed to accept anymore kids at that time of which I was confused because I saw a parent with 3 kids bring in her kids and had 0 issues. There and then I knew she was racist and bias. So I called the manager. When I was explaining my situation she kept disrupting me. She was very disrespectful. My kid was crying and really wanted to play with the other kids. The manger didn’t do anything to resolve the issue. The lady was very disrespectful & racist. She definitely needs more training at her job or hire someone who is experienced with dealing with kids.DONT RECOMMEND THIS GYM. PLZ MANAGER DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!

We have a new manager with golden heart who is cool as a cucumber . I have trained all other employees to be polite and humble with all their members. Give this gym a try one more time with new management and improvised front desk employees if you had previous bad experiences. Plus you get to see me in the gym everyday and I am a DELIGHT ?
