I went in to find a new pair of shoes and left disappointed and angry. Upon asking if they carried a certain shoe in my size, one of the employees responded, "No." I asked about another shoe, and the same employee rudely said "No" again. Do better. There is no way yall are gonna make sales with rude employees like that. ?

Bought my daughter a pair of Jordan's from here and when trying to return they said the shoe look like it had been worn. She never wore the shoe and told us she can't return but she can exchange them. She don't won't anything else out the store. It's pretty messed up. Look at the bottoms of your shoes before purchasing but also when these shoes are being tried these floors are not squeaky clean either. Will not buy from this store again.

Order online to pick up at store order kept saying confirmed never ready to pick up had to call and all of a sudden they had to cancel my order no one had email me nothing I had to call for her to tell oh we have to cancel your order because we don’t have the productYou’re looking for . The lady on the phone was rude and I only knew about my order being cancel cause I had to called them about my order .

Went in to just try on a pair on New Balance 574s and I asked one of the employees if I could try on a shoe I was met with " well what shoe do you want cause I don't know" my mouth almost dropped I've been in here other times with a decent experience but I'm just going to take my business elsewhere from now on.

The sales staff were very nice even though they were overwhelmed with customers. They did not have what we were looking for, but I have nothing but nice things to say. They took the time to help us and everyone else under extreme circumstances.

Chris was so helpful but the girl that was at the check out her name was schyler sold my dunks to somebody else. Like how stupid can you be! And she didnt even apologize. The 3 stars is because of chris!

This store need to let customer try on both shoes because they letting us only try on one shoe I try on one pair and thought it was comfortable so I bought it then I took it home wore it but ended it up hurting my feet but I'm glad they let me exchange it to get another pair

If I could give 0 stars I would…. I live an hour away from the Parks Mall so keep that in mind. When I entered the store, I was not greeted. Lots of employees were huddled up in groups talking, rather than asking customers if they needed assistance. I came in looking for a specific pair of shoes and asked for a size 8. They only let me try-on 1 shoe that was a size 8 then took the box with the other pair. The shoe fit so I went to go pay for it. When I was checking out, the female employee was very busy talking to another employee and barely acknowledged me and didn’t even check if both shoes in the box were a size 8. I assumed that someone did that prior and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized one shoe was a size 8 and the other was a size 8 1/2 and to make it better, BOTH were the right side shoe. I hope someone understands how upset I am as to how this could have easily been prevented. JD needs to really consider who they hire because employees are the face of the company.

If I can give a zero star but I can’t. A friend of mine had the worst costumer experience ON THIS PARTICULAR STORE IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!! Ordered a $165 priced pair of shoes it’s been 6 weeks to this date no shoes arrived, the floor manager and online staff made him a ping pong ball nobody wanted to take responsibility, no one would refund the money! JD Sports is the lowest of all the low when it comes to costumers service AND ALL!

I came in the store to just looking at a shoes whatever catches my eye. I finally found a shoe really 2 pairs my 1st problem is if I come buying a $200 dollar pair of shoes don't ignore me an look all over my head , an hoping I don't ask you to help me or act like you don't hear me , but if someone else calls you ,you can hear them just as clear as day an he didn't even buy anything .I was the one buying the shoes or the fact that I ask to try the shoes on it took 30 minutes just to bring one pair out.Then just give me one shoe to try on an not the other shoe instead he takes the other shoe an the box like I'm going to steal them I keep asking for the other shoe an he ignored me so hard that someone else got his attention , just to get the other shoe so I can try it on he finally give me the other shoe like 10 minutes later,I finally had to say I don't have to steal anything needless to say the 1st pair didn't fit, so they finally decided to bring the other pair and did the exact same thing hell I'm not coming to buy just one shoe I need to try both shoes on ,I finally decided to get the shoes with their bad customer service the gentleman takes them to the register an I had to requested my shoes which cost 200 dollars the guy asked me was I paying cash or card I said both so what does he do when i said that he takes the shoes off the counter an put them on the floor under his feet , I also told him I don't have to steal shit I'm paying for the shoes so when I slide my card through an it goes through I told him I know it did go through I don't have to steal shit an told them I will not be back I'm thinking about taking these shoes back just because the service was so bad if I thought I could find these shoe in a different store i would have left them and the shoes,don't treat me like I'm going to steal your shoes everyone doesn't steal so frustrating I bet I won't be back to that location hell I don't even want to shop with y'all really nobody deserves that especially I'm paying $200 dollars plus for just 1 pair of shoes.

Workers in this place are not attentive at all. Came in to buy jordan 1 lows in all white and they mistook them for air forces and sent me Air Forces... called up there and they tell me that they don't have it in stock and cant ship to home. When I'm sitting on the website saying it's in stock. They say that their inventory doesn't update for 48 hours. Telling me I must've gave them the wrong SKU number when I gave them the name of the shoe. Waited 2 weeks for the wrong shoe.

By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a Retail Store. The So Called Floor Mgr was so unprofessional. Wouldn’t give me her name, DM’s name not Store Mgr’s name. Wouldn’t give me Corporate’s number either. She knew she was in the wrong so she didn’t want to get in trouble. My family or friends will NEVER shop with this company ever again.
