Probably the nicest pawn shop I’ve ever been in. Super friendly staff, and they helped me offload some kitchen gadgets I wasn’t using and wasn’t sure what to do with. Great selection of high end merchandise for lower prices than retail (was tempted to pick up one of the PS5s they had). Definitely recommended to either buy nice stuff at a bargain or get rid of your own unwanted items.

The owner nice and employees got a LV wallet they gave me a good deal I asked for authentic certificate in case I ever sell it and they printed it out for me they also helped me find date code will definitely be back highly recommend they have a huge selection of LV

Stopped there to pawn my Mac Pro Desktop aka Garbage Can and the Hispanic guy don't know nothing about tech. Granted its a 2013, but its not like I'm pawning/selling 2013 Macbook pro laptop. He flat out said its to old & without doing any research on the item. Point is if you don't know about Macs just say that. Would not recommend pawning/selling for anything because they simply don't know nothing about anything.Tech,Tools, or Jewelry.??**UPDATE **Again you still didn't do no research! You could've at least check the SPECS! Even if I did come in with a so called 2020 it wouldve been worth $4k-5K instead $400 as requested.This is not bash your establishment but shed awareness to all who enters your shop. FYI: I know your a PAWN shop but the Low-Ball or refusals not cutting it these days. So in the future do better by the customer not for personal self interest?

I have not physically been in the store but I found them on Tiktok. I bought 2 LV pieces over the phone through text. Not only do they have unreal prices. They were super responsive and easy to talk to. They sent pictures of any flaws. I will definitely be ordering again as soon as soon something catches my eye. They also shipped ASAP. Great communication and products.

This store is by far the best shop in the ft worth area . Seriously, ive been here 3 times and left with a fair amount for my stuff. Seriously , come try this shop and youll laugh at cash americs / cash plus paw.

Great pawnshop with a large selection of items they are always fair with the negotiations and the prices as well. Very welcoming with great customer service. One of the best pawnshops in Arlington. Only one I go to now.

Like a lot of folks looking to pawn items, I was in a financial bind. Looked at quite a bit of places and this place had the best reviews, so I gave them a call and Mr. Todd answered we spoke on the item I had and gave me a good idea on what to expect. I went in with low expectations considering I had gotten low balled by 3 other pawn shops. They exceeded my expectations. Fast and clear offer less than 5 min in the store. He knows his stuff. I’m so glad I gave them a shot and they gave me the same! Will be doing more business and definitely recommending to everyone!

Heard they bought shoes so i tried them out. A gentlemen offered me 20 on a still in box mint pair of nikes going for 180 used from multiple reliable sources. The blatant low ball offer was not the issue. The Customer service was. The gentlemen gave me maybe 4 seconds looking at the shoes. He didnt even bother to look them up or even try to negotiate with me. He honestly made me feel like he just didnt wana talk to me. I have heard good things about this place so im not leaving a poor review for the entire shop. But that guys customer service was poor, especially considering its the holidays.

I called prior before I paid a visit to confirm I could get a loan for my Apple watch series 6 44mm. When I got there the shop was empty. As I approached the counter I explained I called earlier about the Apple Watch series 6. I was told they don’t take Apple watches by a bald, Caucasian male in a stern voice without him even looking at the watch. A short, Hispanic woman asked me if she could look at my watch. After looking at it she told the Caucasian guy they could in fact take the watch. After that he yelled loudly I can do $150.00. I told him I’m no longer interested in doing business here because of how poorly he treated me from the jump. Not sure if the Caucasian guy has issues with people of color or if he was just having a bad day. Either way I shouldn’t have to deal with his poor attitude to do business. I do not recommend anyone do business here.
