I've been working in the area for more than three years. In my honest opinion, the area is okay. My major issue with the Fielder Plaza is that the security is the worst. I haven't heard any problems lately. But there was one year when there was just a big issue with theft. That police officers were having trouble doing anything because there were no security cameras. All they had to rely on was just description. In all honesty, the shops are lovely, and it's growing. I wish there were security cameras.
