Came to use WiFi to send important emails & made a purchase as well. As soon as I came in I was greeted followed lots of obnoxious laughter. The obnoxious shrieking laughter by one girl continued for quite a bit. Mind you there were numerous customers in the store doing their work at the time. As I waited to be checked out, the girl who assisted me also happened to be the one that was doing the laughing. She was dead silent as she scanned my item. I wasn’t greeted, no smile. She handed me the receipt, & didn’t say a word. Very unprofessional & unpleasant service/experience from start to finish. I used to work for FedEx Office & know for a fact this would be unacceptable according to “The Purple Promise” standards. Please do better.

This fedex and their delivery service are HORRIBLE! The call center is a complete joke as well. This is the worse experience of a delivery I’ve ever had. Whoever the lazy driver that was delivering packages to Crowley tx on 2/29/24 is LAZY and needs to be fired! You spend $100’s of on delivery and you specifically put the exact address and apartment number on the delivery. But the driver gets the deliver the packages to the apartment complex office and it’s considered a complete delivery! Howwww is that even possible??? This policy is insane and not at all convenient for the PAYING customers! The drivers should ALWAYS have to deliver to the customers front door and NEVER to the apartment complex office. That just lazy and not wanting to do your job THAT YOU GET PAID TO DO! I’ve spoken with multiple didn’t people at their call center(which is a joke) and 3 people told me a drive would come back to my apartment complex get those packages from my office and bring them to my front door! As orders of the delivery instructions! I’ve talked to Ralph, Mackley, and Yvette (multiple others as well) I don’t even think Ralph rooms notes of our phone call because a case was not created until the next day for my complaint! I’ve heard several times a manager is going to call you and NEVER receive a call on this issue! All they do is LIE at the call center to get you off the phone. But someone WILL take accountability for this! This is so sad the “policy” needs to be changed IMMEDIATELY! I have yet to hear from someone but I’m going to keep calling until I speak with a manager about their lazy driver! Now i, me, myself have to find someone the bring the packages up the stairs to my apartment which I’ve already paid FedEx lazy drivers to do! Just pitful!

My five star review is long over due! I highly recommend this location. As an events professional, I send about 60-70 percent of my signage to this location and they make me look good and knock it out of the park every time. I appreciate their amazing, very personable & knowledgeable team and look forward to working with them again & again.

Less people here than the other one I went to in Arlington, so service is faster. It’s easier to get to as well with less traffic most of the time.

I was in a rush so I was waiting in my truck near the door until they opened at 8am. The door opened promptly and I apologized for standing in wait. I personally like to have a minute to get settled into my groove before doing certain tasks. The team member was so understanding and reassured me I was not a bother to her and even told me she is ready to go and get busy right at 8 every day so it is no problem at all. I just thought she was very polite and positive, made me feel better about coming in so early. I know organizations have their employees doing too much so she probably has so many things to do in order to open up and prepare for the day. I appreciate her kindness and welcoming joy so early in the morning! It actually made my day off to a better start, based on my interaction. If this is shared with her she may not even remember because our interaction was so short but please trust, you never know what people are going through! Hope your day is blessed and you are rewarded 10 fold!

The people here are nice, but they have a business attitude problem. I am prelabeling the items I am shipping and normally I left them without asking a receipt of receiving. Last week, they sent my ships one day later, twice, even I did bring them around noon time. After that I started to get my receipt, today I saw that again they did same thing:“Package received after final location pickup has occurred. Scheduled for pickup next business day.ARLINGTON, TX”which is totally lie ?for receiving after pickup time, I left the box around 3.45 pm. And I keep asking intentionally if the ground pickup has occurred or not.

Do NOT TRUST this place with any service.They sliced a huge corner of my layout off when laminating and thought 10% off was reasonable compensation...Then I brought a sheet to print out 24" tall when our plant's plotter was down, and they told me that was impossible. (We do this every week).It is clear that there is no training at this location and absolutely zero management or accountability.You're better off spending thousands on a plotter and laminator than using this service.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff assisted me in selecting the best 3x8-ft poster for a trade show in Las Vegas. Helped me find a local and reasonable FedEx Office location in Las Vegas to make the poster. The posters were made on time and available for pickup as promised. They looked great. Very happy with FedEx office.

Does not do returns for Att. Don’t waste your time or gas going here. Lady is rude. Gentlemen in front of me asked for receipt and she say oh you don’t get one. Not good service.

I cannot say enough how Tiara helped clarify an extremely important package's whereabouts. Tiara was professional and knowledgeable and had such a nice confidence that is rare and in high demand. I work in the customer service industry and this is what is referred to as excellent customer service. Thank you so much for turning a huge negative into a positive!

Store can’t follow there own hours smh. Says opens at 8AM it’s 10 minutes past and store is still closed. I have a deadline to meet this is bad business.
