My son is clumsy, so we always come here. Fast Phone Repair in Arlington is fair priced, and fast. We have never had any issues with any of the repairs. All associates are nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful!

They made my device worse.
I came in one day to get my cracked screen fixed, they fixed it but there was still two little pink dots underneath the screen (damaged LCD)
I take my device back to get it fixed, I get it back with a heavily warped screen with random dark spots that look like shadows (That I couldn't see at first because I got my device back dead)
I take it back AGAIN and get it back but now the Apple Pencil produces uncharacteristic wiggly lines and now my screen flickers. I'm not going back.
Sure, it was cheaper... for a completely unacceptable job (It wasn't even fast) Just get your device fixed by professionals and don't waste your time.
I want my $250 back.

I took my iPod in today and asked if they could unlock it and they said they don't do that there , although it says there on their building that they unlock phones. If he couldn't do that on a iPod specifically he could have said so , I was left confused after he said they don't do that there,even though it says on their building that they do; which is technically false advertisement.
