Please do yourself a favor and NEVER stay here!!!! The smell in the lobby, hallways and room was so sickening!!! SmellsLike dogs and baby diapers and throw up ? all at the same time!!! I will never ever stay ion this filth again!!!!Rooms: The carpet was stained all throughout the room. The room smelled like smoke, weed and baby diapers! The bed was so so uncomfortable!! You can literally feel the springs! Just a horrible stay!! Never again!!

Do not bring your family here. Hall smelled of Marijuana and cigarettes. Felt very unsafe woth all the people walking around waiting for someone to unlock lobby dpor so they could get to the rooms. Roaches, pull out sofa missing mattress. Loud noises all night.

This is the worst place ever. The shadiest establishment and horrible service. Booked suite in advance on Expedia. Family traveled 90 & 300 miles to attend a special event in Arlington that was scheduled 1 year in advance. Was told my confirmed reservation was worthless because they were overbooked and cancelled my room. All other hotels were booked except for rooms +$400. We all had to turn around and return home as it was 7 pm and we had nowhere to stay after an event that was ending at 11pm.Would never have booked there in person. We also witnessed other guests cussing and fighting in lobby while we were gathering our bags to leave. This is a trap house establishment and should be shutdown.Safety: Very unsafe

Location made me think this would be a decent stay, definitely was not. Rude check in staff, hallways were dirty and smelled bad, room had stains all over and smelled bad, there wasn't enough hot water before check out times. Only thing going for it was clean sheets and a clean mattressRooms: Dirty, faint moldy smell, everything is old, partially broken, and stainedSafety: Did not feel safe, not kid friendly

Booked a room at this property a month prior to check in date. When I arrived at property I was told my room was cancelled the day before and property did not send any cancelation notice. Left in Arlington with no place to stay and 5 hours from my home. Do not book here.

Wow. Do NOT stay here. I paid for a week, as soon as I checked in I realized the AC did not work. I spent the entire week in that room with no AC, no WiFi, and a horrible roach infestation. Management refused to change me to a different room or refund me. I am still dealing with this company’s “guest relations” department trying to get my money back. Stay anywhere, I mean ANYWHERE but here.

First of all ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES EVEYWHERE I switched rooms twice first time there was no mattress in our pull out sofa and said I’d have to wait till morning for maintenanceWhen I had my kids with me needing somewhere to sleep plus watching roaches climb all over the wall eventually they moved me rooms next room had no sofa at all again while waiting for my husband to return with another room key roaches climbing everywhere the third room seemed normal at first and then once again roaches all in the restroom and all over the walls . I paid for 2 nights there and only stayed one night it was better to cut my losses due to it being non refundable and switch hotels .

The young lady that checked me in not only made sure the rooms were clean she made sure everything that needed to be in the room was there. She was very professional and friendly.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here for the Cotton Bowl. As soon as we entered the hallway to our room it smelled musty and dirty. We opened the door to our room and it was nasty. The floors were dirty and old. The room smelled terrible. The coffee table was broken and pieced together. The refrigerator didn’t get cold but the freezer did. The screen on the window looked like someone either tried to break in or kicked it out. The paint on the walls is patchy and if there was metal somewhere it was rusted. The “free wifi” didn’t work. There was no head on our shower, it was just a tube coming out of the wall. I went to the front desk to tell them we wanted a room with a shower head or have ours fixed and they said that someone would come fix it and nobody ever came to fix it. While at the front desk there were several other people with complaints about their rooms. The kitchenette is so small the you have to stand to the right of the fridge to open/close the door. This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at and will be contacting corporate. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and would urge everyone to spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. I will say that the ladies at the front desk were friendly.Noteworthy details: This owner needs to remodel and update the whole building. Stinky, dirty and broken best describes this place. There was trash piled up next to the dumpsters and scattered across the parking lot when we left.

Book a night here for the cotton bowl. Showed up and they said we couldn't stay here, because they over booked by 50 rooms. They didn't even offer to help find or pay for a new hotel. Ended up having to stay somewhere last minute, that was triple the price.
