Went to do a return and the employee at the register was rude. She was a black female in her 20s or lower 30s. Threw away my old receipt and had to ask for it back- I still had other items I didn’t return on it. She didn’t say a word to me after I told her I was returning and that she threw away the receipt when I asked her for it. I told her she could be nicer and she looked at me straight in the face and extremely sarcastically said “have a great day”. I then asked if she was a manager and she said yes so then I asked for someone higher than her. I told the Hispanic female manager that she’s not nice and she responded with “Did she take care of your problem though”. I said I didn’t have a problem until she had an attitude.

Express' customer service has drastically declined. I recently had to visit the store for an online order returns. However, they refused to accept my return citing it was a clearance item, instructing me to contact customer service instead. When I did, I was informed that items ending in .99 are indeed returnable.
Yet, the store still refused the return, insisted that I ship it back.
Then I attempting to purchase a clearance item advertised with an extra 60% off, the tagged price was $39.95, it should be $16. However, I was charged $20 before taxes. Rather than engaging in a futile argument over a few dollars, I opted not to contest the issue with the individual lacked of logic.
Been shopping there for 10 years. Time to stop!

I went to return some items and the supervisor was so rude and was laughing at me..They didn’t help me and I had to call the head quarter for help.Customer Service is sooo bad..

I went to the Express store in the Parks Mall in Arlington, Texas to pickup an in store-pick up item and received a very bad customer service there. This was not the first time. The lead sale associate specifically was very rude. She just point and said ‘check over there’. Very unprofessional and very bad attitude all the time! They really need more training. I meant just the basic community skills. Do not recommend go to that store!

Only shop when is 60 percent on top of the clearance on the suits. At the end ,wait for the sale, I pay 65 to $75. Not to crazy to pay 249.00 and up. I just think they over mark up the price on every items even the pants. Pants clearance was 79.00. Oregional $128.00Now I paid $18 now that worth it.

The customer service I received the other day before leaving for vacation was surprisingly amazing! EDMUND! (Forgive me if I spelled it wrong) was so amazing and beyond helpful! It was one of the best shopping experiences this year! Need something special for any occasion go see him he will not disappoint! Thanks a Million EDMUND!

This EXPRESS store is absolutely gorgeous and might be my favorite one in Texas. It's super modern and the men's section is sprawling with great selection. Very well-organized, and when I arrived a few minutes before closing on a weekday, the team was very happy to help me. Good, relaxing, warmly-lit environment to shop in and the clearance section is well-stocked (while walking by on my way to the return counter, saw a bomber jacket for supppper cheap and picked it up). Kudos!

I was very happy with this store and all they had to offer. Normally when walking into a store though, someone that works there will ask if you need any help today… unfortunately that did not happen here. I found my way around though, & got myself into a dressing room just fine. When checking out, I got 10% off for joining the rewards program which was nice.
