This is one of three Kroger stores in my vicinity, Fielder ST and Lamar ST being the other two. I like the small old school aesthetic of this location. I also like the employees here. They are far more friendlier and more helpful than the Lamar ST location. Lamar ST customer service desk has the worst lead or assistant manager who is the least helpful person ever. The main problem with this Bowen location is the same with all the locations. Kroger insists on putting essential foods like milk, meat, fruits and vegatable at the most affordable in the digital coupon section. That wouldn't be a problem if Kroger stores in general would have enough supply for the demand. Otherwise I have been told that they are not allowed to write rainchecks for digital items. That said, if they don't have it then you are out of luck. I went in for milk one time and they said someone came in and bought all the milk they had. Limitations Kroger... Let some other customers be able to get what they need also.
