I cannot rave about this place enough. The costumer service was phenomenal!! My dad struggles with anxiety when it comes to shopping and Shelly went out of her way to minimize that and make him feel comfortable and for that I am beyond greatful. Not to mention the store was so clean and so nice and neat, I have never walked into a more organized place. Not to mention the different selections and styles. Great prices and high quality clothing as well. We will definitely be going back.

I love shopping the DXL in Arlington. Every time I've gone in the sales staff is attentive, polite and truly make the experience. This isn't even the closest location to my home, but the staff is so worth the drive for me.
They are also almost always running some type of promotion or special which helps me save a little bit of money. Each time they've told me about in store deals and not in the pushy upsale kind of way some places do. And being remembered even when it's over a month between visits makes this my go to store for clothing.

Was in there picking up something for a family member and the sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they were able to help me find what I needed quickly.

If you've never walked into store after store, feeling lucky to find one or two things that fit you, you might not understand what a game-changer a place like DXL is.
First off, the staff wants you to look and feel good, and they want to help you find every deal you can. Second, you're walking into a store where virtually everything is in your size. I'm a big guy, but here, I'm practically a "medium"! Whether you're big, tall, or both, you will find it here.
I left with styles and colors that I just didn't think were available to me. Brooks Brothers, Callaway, among others, along with their great looking store brand selections...all great stuff.
The inventory is high-quality (this ain't the bargain basement), but there are still price points for most budgets.
The staff treated me with great care, and made me feel like I had found home. I'll definitely be back!

Went in this afternoon for a quick pick for my husband and the young man followed me around, rushed my clothes to the counter. Never asked my number for our points and never bothered to fix it. He also checked me out under a female name. Worse service we have ever had at this location. Bring the ladies back. He’s terrible

A 2XL at other places is not the same as a 2XL at DXL Big + Tall . Noticable difference ! Your clothes should fit your comfortably and not tight . Tight clothes prevents your body's energy flow . We do not want that ! I am aging . I am getting bigger and better and so are you . Get the proper fitting clothes you need at DXL Big + Tall ! The other stores do not cater to those of us who are big and tall .
