I had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Guillory.Had a bad reaction to a medication and was seen by Dr. Durbin.I’ve never felt so dismissed, so disregarded and told all options had been exhausted. I was told, after not even a solid 5 minutes that I could “leave now.”I genuinely know Dr. G is an amazing professional.My first and last experience with Dr. Durbin is why people can’t or don’t seek medical attention.

Oh my, I'm shocked at the low ratings. I've been a patient here since 2004. I've never had one problem. They answer when I call, I get appointments on pretty quickly. They are always caring, schedule referrals etc, anything I've needed without fail. Keep up the great work.

They never answer their phone even during business hours and they always have at least 5 people in the front office every time I’ve been there for an appointment. I never hear them answering phones either while I’m in waiting room. Find a different office to go to.

I visited this place twice. I'm overall alright with the experience. I had met with two different physicians. I liked Priscilla. Dr. Durbin was sweet, but I did feel a little bit off in a procedure that I will not explain explicitly. However, I felt that it wasn't on purpose and two visits isn't a really good sample size for me to say an opinion so aside from the procedure, I had a good experience with them.

This practice never follows through with what they say they’re going to do. If you want to be told that you will be referred somewhere and the process never happens come here.

Love Dr Durbin and staff! I have been a patient for about a year with my husband and adult son. I love that she takes her time and listens to my needs. She usually has a student physician assist she is mentoring. Which I don’t mind and that just helps with a thorough exam.

The doctor is smart she find out what is the problem and treat you she is a good doc and I was glad to find one in my new State .

This review gets a 5 star only because of my experience during my visit today, specifically with Nurse/Jasmine. Nurse/Jasmine has always offered the utmost professional experience. Thank you, Jasmine, for caring enough to hear my experience as it relates to my concerns surrounding the lack of customer service received on Wednesday and the early part of the day on Thursday of this week. Patients should not be made to feel as though there is absolutely nothing anybody can do because Dr. Durbin is on vacation for two weeks. Then, on top of that the untruth is offered about the doctor left with the responsibilities of seeing Dr. Durbin 's patients. The untruth that I never asked for but (I believe) was simply given because others lack the desire to find a solution for patients or perhaps they were hoping the patient accepted the excuse. Unfortunately, due to the unnecessary experiences with Yasmine and Amber this week, I think it's definitely in my best interest to find a new primary care physician. I do wish your office well in 2018 and beyond.

I do not suggest going to this office unless you want to be EXTREMELY over charged. I have decent insurance that says on the card basic doctor visits are only a $20 co-pay, but they tried to charge me almost $100 instead. I've never been to a doctor's office that blatantly ignored insurance like this. Looking for a primary doctor? Don't come here!

The office staff is wonderful. Both of the doctors are excellent. I've always been given the best care. I would definately recommend this place to anyone.

No stars!!!! Worse Dr ever. She apparently skipped the course that taught her to listen to her patients, to not be judgemental and have compassion! Do not go to this Dr!!!

If i could give this place no stars i would!! I told them when i made the appt what i needed and then i get there and they tell me that they are not going to do the test that i felt like i needed that i would need to make another appt. when the Dr came into see me she didn't even look at me in the eye 1 time. I was talking she was typing. Everything that she did say was rude. She wanted to give me a medicine for my migraine that i didn't want because it makes me to a zombie but she didn't listen and that is all that she would give me. Needless to say i am going to find another another Dr and i suggest you do to. She isn't worth your time or money! which is got $225.12 from me and my insurance

The only nice person working was a guy at the front desk. So rude and unprofessional. They were messing around in the hall and using unprofessional language and left me waiting for so long. They were cold and un caring.
