Went to return two t-shirts for a refund and soon as I walked inside approaching the counter the two girls and guy looking at me as If was a ghost looking lost and confused. I told them had return it was an online order, one girl ask the other girl does she know how to do returns and she shakes her head no, then the guy responds that I only can get a gift card or exchange not even asking what form of payment was used because does make a world difference if I paid with a credit card I'm eligible for a refund not the uninformed answer the guy gave me. Good help is hard to find but guess if you can breathe walk and talk your hired at this DTLR location. Will ever waste my time stepping foot in there again there incompetent employees unfortunately not my first frustrating experience there even picking up for the employees seems to be a task to find your items. But at end of the day DTLR customer service policy is trash.

They customer service suck. They need to fired the whole crew. This is my second time trying to give this store a try. They people in this store make me not to want to shop with No DTLR. No help, they too busy on ther phone or talking to other workers not helping customers and when you ask for help, it's like you disturbing them. I will not go back to this store ever. They don't even deserve a 1 star.
