Please READ THE FULL CONTRACT BEFORE FINALIZING THE TRANSACTION. Everything happens so fast and its very easy to get a car here. So fast you don’t have time toread it right in front of them. I ask the person doing my paperwork, CAN I READ THIS??? and his reply was yes but im about to give you all documents here in a minute and you have 5 days or 300 miles to back out of the deal for any reason. I left and while at my home read the contract. The windshield price was $19000. The contract stated the vehicle was $22,500. Continued reading and they added $3555 for mechanical work insurance that its only valid for 30 days. If you checked your car right all vehicles wont need any major mechanical work in the first 30 days. Then i saw they added a service Lojack to help them see the whereabouts of the vehicle at all times. You also sign a contract stating if you cant disclose your location due to privacy, you waive that right. Means that if you are law enforcement or doesn’t matter who you are, you waive this right and have to disclose your location till the end of the loan. If you temper with this gadget there are fines. Lol. Then i saw the interest loan to be 16% and the loan term was 72 months. I gave $3000 down payment. Loan came to be $36,000 without the down payment. I didn’t see this till i was at my home. I returned the vehicle the very next day and now im having problems with the manager avoiding me in returning my down payment. BE CAREFUL. READ CONTRACT SLOWLY. I went at closing time and didn’t have time to see it then.

Husband needed a vehicle ASAP due to being stranded on the highway for hours and getting towed home ,looked into the website set up an appointment walked in and immediately Eli Vega assisted my husband and I into a vehicle of HIS choice the customer service this man gave us was superb!!!
