The lady who checked me in on Dec.28th night staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Morning staff is somewhat rude. The parking was not the best as we were off to side of building where if someone were to get into your vehicle it would go unnoticed. The lights are bright and we'll lit. There is laundry service, $2.50 to wash, and $2.50 to dry, in excellent condition. The cleaning staff could use improvement for sure shower was dirty the grate that covers the drain and bottom of shower doors were thick in soap scum hair clogs and dead skin I spent an hour cleaning shower, and rest of bathroom. The breakfast is expensive even though my breakfast was to be included in my reservation they were charging me $4 for a cup of coffee. There wasn't anything special about it. Definitely not worth over $100 pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Hilton dropped the ball on this one.
Rooms: Outdated, uncomfortable pillows.
Food and drinks: Circle k across the street, cracker barrel down the road.
Noteworthy details: Save your money.

DeAnn checked us into a perfect room. She spent time making sure we had what we needed. Our room was spacious and clean, bed was so comfortable and we appreciated the balcony room. The next morning, hotel staff JaQueen checked us out and gave us great leads on brunch. Teddy and Milesh were a great wealth of wisdom and kindness. Definitely recommend. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality and service!
Rooms: Clean, efficient, super comfy beds.
Safety: This is a quiet and well maintained property with attentive and accommodating staff

Hotel was great, service was amazing. Came here for the game and took the Best Majestic Transportation by Cory down to the stadium. This transportation service was amazing and the owner was very sweet. I recommend if you are staying here and going to the game to take this transportation.

Location is 4 miles from AT&T stadium. Close to Six Flags & Ranger stadium. Picked this hotel because of Double tree reputation and proximity to the stadium. It's an older dated hotel that definitely needs an upgrade and renovation. Hotel has a bar. Be careful 2 domestic beers was $19. Restaurant was closed and we didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak to those.
Nearby activities: Six Flags. AT&T and Ranger stadiums. Hurricane Harbor

Old hotel disguised as new. Rooms smell heavy of urine, carpet is filthy and stained my socks, very noisy location. No included breakfast for over $200 a room, have to purchase a breakfast ticket at 20 per person. Ordered a salad from the overnight desk clerk and there was mold all over it. Restaurant was laughably bad. Raw French toast that was gooey and doughy and the waitress looked at me like I was crazy. Definitely won't be back and expensive lesson learned.

Room smells like mold and I got my wife a salad from there store and it was covered in mold. The food for breakfast had to be paid for was not included in a 300 dollar room on top of everything the food for breakfast they brought out for my wife the French toast was almost not cooked at all. We come into town all the time and we will not be staying here again.

Great place to stay if you are going to ATT stadium. Get with Cory if you need a ride (majestic)

Warm fresh chocolate chip cookies at check in, rooms were really clean, staff was very helpful. We came to town for a Cowboys game and Cory with Best Majestic Transportation was set up in the Lobby with a shuttle service that we used and would highly recommend. Great People and service!!!

The hotel is an awesome. The bar has excellent drinks. The staff is very helpful. The best part of the stay is Cory and Dee’s Best Majestic Transportation. They get you to the stadium on time and pick you up. Much cheaper than buying a parking space. They are an awesome team.

Getting to our room both keys do not work after several attempts which was a horrible start to our stay. Room was subpar at best. At Midnight the fire alarm keeps going off with short 3 round burst and then turning off for 5-10 minutes. This goes on for the better part of 2 hours. Absolutely horrible experience that we had.

We love the hotels location. We come to all of the Cowboy games. Thanks to Cory’s shuttle service life is easy. Cory makes this hotel the only choice.

This place needs a major enema if they expect more than a star ....
Room is garbage, slider glass is gross.....it's old, dilapidated and trash....
Consider elsewhere since they didn't offer cookies at check in...

EXCELLENT ! Easy uber/ lift drive to cowboy stadium, rangers baseball.. great breakfast. Great rooms, helpful front desk, great cookies and water complimentary.
