Had trouble with booking and rate when we arrived but the following morning they made it all right. Our room smelled like marijuana so they switched our rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Restaurant is on location so no free breakfast. They do have a shuttle service for events for $20 a person per way. The location was good would stay here again.

Room didn't haven't a frig or microwave, bummer ... other than that it was comfortable. ?Nearby activities: I went to the AT&T Stadium, restaurants, and the mall. I was there to visit my son, a good time was had along with my sister and nephew.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while there for a concert and while the staff was nice the rooms were God awful. First and foremost, we booked a king room, we chose our room on the app and come almost 5 o'clock the still did not have that room ready, check in was at 3pm. We ended up just settling for whatever king the did have available, we got into the room and there were pubes on the toilet seat and stuff in the toilet bowl. We went back downstairs to request another room, the didn't have any kings available at all, mind you it's over two hours past check in time, so we agreed to just take a double queen room. Well, when we got into that queen room there was laundry on the floor, toilet was dirty and the amenities were empty. We had to talk to the front again to get another room, so now we get to our third room and there is still stuff in the toilet bowl but the seat looked clean enough and the beds were made so we just took it, we were tired. However; that room was dirty as well, the amenities were not restocked nor were the towels, there were tomatoes on the carpet and one of the beds had crumbs in it so it made it obvious that they didn't strip the bed, they just remade it. We chose the cleaner of the two beds and slept in it. We weren't offered our money back or anything. We went through three rooms and all three were dirty, and they had no kings clean at all. I've never had to change rooms three times, much less change three times without a resolution. The location is sketchy, I knew once I saw homeless people camping out in front of it that this was probably not gonna be a good experience. The staff was nice but do not book this place. A motel 6 would have been cleaner.

Booked online earlier, arrived to a 1.5 hour wait and then they told about 40 of us there was no rooms left and that they "over booked" and "we're all in this together" lol. It's 1:30am now and people are sleeping in the lobby

The staff were very helpful and friendly the breakfast is a basic hotel breakfast with a few days in the week mixed in with fresh cooked breakfast however nothing special except the price for the breakfast the rooms are older and dirty you have to ask multiple times to get the rooms cleaned I would not stay here as so many better hotel options in the area

Great friendly staff at all levels that are very responsive to guest needs. The rooms are a tad dark but very acceptable.

They mentioned about complementary house keeping but In my 4 days of stayover I requested at the front desk 3 times. Unfortunately no housekeeping was done. They intentionally ignored my request.Poor customer service.

Hotel honestly sucks, company paid $2000+ for me an 11 day stay, breakfast sucks and can't even change out my cash for quarters to use the laundry machine. Why even offer it?

The rooms are fine, other than a tad worn. Service at the front desk was great, until I tried to order room service. Apparently in room dining is a “sometimes” thing here according to the front desk. According to Hilton, it should be available between 0700-2200. Diamond member, traveling for work. When I try to order food to my room, it’s because I’ve worked all day and don’t want to be around people, so no, I’m not going downstairs to order or pick up food which is what the front desk suggested. Don’t advertise/ offer a service and not provide it.
