The dealership provides excellent customer service. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. I intend to purchase my next Nissan from this dealership.

Whatever you do, don’t go to Keenan Clark. He will straight up lie to you to get you in a car then when you get in it, he’ll say “oh my bad I misinformed you this one doesn’t have the things you wanted.” I understand car salesman’s have to try to trick you into things sometimes, but that’s how you lose customers and how you make sure no one else you know goes there. When he brought me initial numbers, he said my APR could go up or down just a tiny bit, he showed me an outrageous APR %, with an almost perfect credit score, I basically told him there’s no way that’s even close to what it should be. He had the audacity to tell me that someone who had a kinda bad credit score would’ve had an 18-19% APR rate so the 11.9% he showed me with my credit score was really good.. when I let him know I’ll be going somewhere else but if it doesn’t pan out, I’d go back to him. I went to shake his hand and he wouldn’t even stand up. That right there let me know I wouldn’t ever be going back to him for a car. Then as I’m walking out he’s yelling at me, still in his chair, to come back. Then goes and gets his manager to follow me outside. Then after I left, his manager is calling my phone, sending text after text, to show me that the new/finalized APR is HALF of what he showed me. HALF. But when I’m asking for that in there you couldn’t tell me anything, you said “it takes about 1 minute to get those numbers” so why did you sit there for 10, beating around the bush trying to get me to sign things without it?
This Nissan dealership has officially lost my respect. I’ll stick to Burleson Don Davis. They’ve helped my dad so many times in the past.

I called the service department to Schedule an appointment. I asked how much it was going to cost and the employee on the phone told me that she didn’t have access to pricing. I am a regular here, and I come here quite often to get my vehicle worked on. I have never had a service employee tell me that they don’t have access to pricing for the basic service that I scheduled. I’m not interested in being hounded by salesman when I arrive.

I originally called on February 14, 2024 and spoke with the service department who told me that I'd need to drop off my vehicle in order to have diagnostics run which was said to have been taking a few days. On the same call, I was told that I would be placed on a waitlist for a rental in order to drop my vehicle off for the diagnostics and that it would take a couple of months due to their backlog. I agreed to be placed on their waitlist and never heard back from anyone. I called back in mid July and requested to speak with Jerry, the Service Director, who promised to contact me the week of July 21st to schedule me to come in for service; however, Jerry never called as promised. I called back again the week of July 28th to request to speak with Jerry again and was told that he wasn't available but they would leave a message from him to call me back and still no contact at all from the dealership to date. I decided to take my business elsewhere as I should not have to chase a business to provide services. I also plan to reach out to corporate regarding this matter as it was handled very poorly.

I had parts stolen from my car at this location. Normally, I handle my own oil and filter changes, but I was preparing for a cross-country drive and decided to stop by here to save time. Given that Nissan owns Infiniti, I assumed it would be a straightforward job. However, I know my car’s sound well, which is a big part of why I bought it. After the oil change and fixing a leak they created by doing things I didn't ask for, I immediately noticed something was off. Upon inspection, I realized my catalytic converters had been swapped out for rusty ones with holes. I had been under my car the day before and knew exactly what they looked and sounded like, but I, at the time, assumed integrity of mankind still at this point and was more confused and trying to help them problem solve the issue. I was well versed, but not as much as an expert as I am now, so even now looking back with clarity, I know they were in the wrong.
When I told the staff, no one admitted to anything. People just stared when I walked into the back, and the manager didn’t take responsibility either. Instead, they offered me a voucher to get the converters replaced or fixed elsewhere after me standing my ground for hours in the most compassionate way I knew how. This incident happened when I was in my mid-twenties, a little more than a few years ago, but it still bothers me deeply. I’ve grown as a mechanic since then, and this experience serves as a reminder to always operate with integrity when helping others with their cars.
It felt like taking your kids to daycare and picking them up with unexplained bruises, and no one will tell you what happened but they're adult size bruises a kid couldn't do—then they admit guilt by recommending a doctor. If I had time-stamped pictures from under my car the day before, this would have been a clear-cut case because metal does corrode in 24 hours like that. But despite all the lack of evidence, which should not have been needed, no one stepped up to do the right thing. I’m writing this review because it’s important that the truth is shared. I genuinely think they thought I wouldn't notice, because I look more like an 'R&B singer' than a typical "car guy". The photos attached are from that day. The car spent half its life in a garage until I got it and I was admiring it underneath the day before so to see the rusty parts I didn't know the names of at the time didn't help me articulate what I saw. I tried to find any pics from under my car the days prior but I never thought to take them. So if you've read this far, for your own sanity take pics before you seek help, just in case.
I love cars and racing, but the love was definitely not there that day.
Edit: I hope the names of the rusted parts mentioned above are correct. Also noticing nothing else is rusty around it, just the bolts etc and this explains why a simple procedure took so long. I hope you guys can make this right, but I have no expectations.
Overall, though, I forgive you and whoever did this.

Ngozi was the person who helped me out at this location. He made an impossible situation possible and I was able to drive off in a brand new Nissan Sentra. He will do whatever possible to help you get the car you want and also gets you the best deal. I recommend going to this location and asking for him!

I understand that diagnostics might take more time and can't be done within 24 hours, but it's surprising that a routine oil change or vehicle service can't be completed within that timeframe

Mauricio Marchant is the very nucleus of this great Don Davis Nissan Service Department. He is continually going above and beyond to better serve his customers and the Service Department itself. So Mr Davis, if you're reading this, give this man a raise or a promotion or something. And three cheers for Mauricio.

I went there Last Saturday 7/27/2024. I was looking at Versa s model. They were asking about 18,400 which is normal price for a 2024 base model. After closer inspection of several vehicles, I noticed hell damage on many of them. Bottom line salesman never said a word about the damage. When he went back inside, I was approached by another salesman. I said do you know these cars have hell damage. He said sarcastically yes that’s why they’re on sale. No I said, you’re asking normal price. I was shocked that a Nissan dealership would put such cars on the lot and try and cover up. I will never go there again. Go to clay Cooley in Irving they are fantastic.
