A 2.5 hour wait for a simple oil change with an appointment is RIDICULOUS!!

They tell you to just bring the car in to look at a very simple recall. Top off fluids and air pressure. I think it must take one person to hold the nut and four other people to turn him, been here for an hour watching a prostate commercial that's been playing over and over. So hold on to your nuts! What in the world. Other guy 2 hours for an oil change. I wonder how long I'll be here for. Must say everyone is friendly so that's a plus. So it's makes for good entertainment meeting new people from Texas. So I'm sitting here talking to the locals and how crazy everyone drives here. Even if you hit a light that says left turn only that means you can do a you turn too. People speed like crazy around here. Start to wonder where's the sanity? Have to say though the people are all very friendly learned a lot about how breaking the law while driving crazy isn't really breaking the law. Interesting to say the least.

Don’t tell a customer you can have it done before a certain time and then give zero updates why it was past that time. Oh and when I look up the recalls on nhtsa and FORD THEMSELVES say the recall will take 4 hours. Don’t over promise and under deliver. Set realistic expectations for your customers.

Don Davis is the only place I take my truck after the issues I had with Grand Prairie Ford. They are always super friendly, very thorough, and the free coffee is the golden ticket for me! They could be a little quicker but that would mean they wouldn’t be as thorough, so I’ll sit and have my coffee and wait.

Always a great experience having my vehicle serviced here. Will definitely be looking to purchase a vehicle here in the near future!

I regret purchasing a car from this dealership. I really wanted a Ford Maverick and they were able to order the vehicle for me. Every part of this transaction though was a negative experience. From being attempted to be scammed on my trade in, to the absolutely horrible treatment I received in my financing experience. I wouldn't recommend doing business here to anyone.

My rating is based on my overall experience over a month. I took my car in for a scheduled service. My chief complaint is the lack of communication. I always had to be the one calling to check on the status in spite of promises that they would call me. I had to call to find out if they had evaluated my car. I had to call to see when it would be ready. I had to call to see if my parts had come in. I had to call to schedule the visit to have the parts installed. There were also things that were undone from the initial service and had to be taken care of at the follow up visit. The oil change light was not reset. A mud flap was not resecured. The bright spot in my visit was J.P. who was efficient and knowledgeable. I will likely not take my car back for service here.

Probably the worst communication I have ever experienced for updates on vehicle maintenance. I will be seeking OEM service elsewhere. Do not come here for service unless you just want to wait around indefinitely at home for a call that your vehicle may or may not be ready. Or if you call...get bounced around to everyone on-site before someone will tell you that they will look into it.

I'm so sorry that I ever set foot in this dealership. They did entice me with a decent product and price on a big F250 SuperDuty truck. But as everyone knows, it's SERVICE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. Bar none, in my 61 years on this earth, I have never, ever been so mistreated and repeatedly lied to by an alledged service department!!!!!!Gladly give anyone that asks details about my dealings and the abuse I've endured.DON'T WALK, BUT RUN AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST CAR COMPANY.BTW, yes, I've asked for management to return my calls and whatnot.. To no avail. They're no doubt getting plenty rich without any accountability!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!!

I'm actually sad to have to write a bad review for this local business. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but their service is just really not good. Have to book far in advance for basic things, and they are not good at communicating about status updates, which can get complicated when you've had to orchestrate your time around what they do tell you. I had to rent a car a couple of miles away. Enterprise was quick to respond and very timely. Their lack of communication with me about timing for my Bronco made it difficult to coordinate whether or not I would have a car today. It's very hard to make plans when there's no communication.Services: Electrical repair

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. While waiting two customers reported that they had issues with service department. One customer reported that they discovered that their oil had not been changed. The other reported that the tires weren't rotated (spouse used chalk) to mark. Well, a short time after my service or what I thought was a service. I discovered that all my fluids were low (dangerously low). You may want to consider another service facility. Careless mistakes, mishaps or blatant lies regarding services performed could costs you tons of $$$ or your vehicle all together.

Stay away from these ripoff artist. They obtained a new F150 pickup and sent me a copy of the window sticker with a firm price. When I went to the dealership and reviewed the invoice, I noticed a line item for a "protection package" for $2000. I asked the salesman for an explanation and he stumbled for a response and then replied it was a anti-theft device for the tailgate. I told him I didn't want that and I never asked for it. His reply was that it was already installed by the dealership they acquired the truck from. Then he said it also includes the window tint and a bed liner but they will remove the $2000 so they removed the item from the invoice but added $2000 to the purchase price and I failed to notice the change. When I got home with the truck, I noticed a "Don Davis" sticker on the windows with the window tint installed over it. This was proof that the additional items were not from the other dealership. Not only did they lie about it but what they did with the change on the contract is called fraud. They are refusing to correct the situation. And the bed liner is still not installed.
