We took our car to get the oil changed, they told us we need front & back brakes. Funny thing is, we just replaced them two weeks ago. The brakes are fine.

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment to service my car, I said that’s fine. Then they had my car for two weeks and still hadn’t even touched it. They kept giving me the runaround and not calling me back. They finally told me that it would be another week before they even checked it. And I finally said I’m picking up my car and they said ok, pick it up. No explanation or I’m sorry or anything. What are appointments for? I took it to another ford dealership and got it back the same week. I will not be going back to Don Davis.

My salesman, Kevin was great, although a little forgetful. The paint guy missed many spots, and took longer than promised, and the finance guy was really scummy, lying about rates and trying to pressure me into buying extended warranties, but I was able to block his lies and scams every time. I'd be fine buying a car here again and I'd definitely ask for Kevin. You should too.

On the 13 of August ,,about 1:30 pm , I visited ur dealership. I walked around ur new truckes , nobody came up to me . So inside I went, I saw two offices were people were talking. Again nobody said anything to me,, I know they saw me , because some guy in a white shirt and a beard saw me. I looked at three different cars in the showroom. With that being said ,, Nobody came to me !. I made arrangements with my credit union , and was willing to talk to ford motor credit where my current ford is financed . ( I have a 21 stx with a 5.0 and 14.000 miles)I wanted to buy a new truck ,, but nobody wanted to sell one. My question to u is " Do you not sell new trucks to ur return customers" I know this will fall on deaf ears ,so I will buy some place else. Damn it I wanted a new truck!
