Very upset longtime DG customer, y'all know what Tuesday means for us couponers/penny dealers. The employee refuse to sell me the penny items. I was not rude about it. I said thank you and left. This is violation of their policy. Very disappointed.

Store 320! Older white lady today did not assist customers properly. New self check out machine does not make sense for first time using it. When asked for help by three people in front of me plus myself she continued to stock shelves refusing to check us out at the register.

The lady who worked there was super sweet but all the customers have to do self check out because the manager has yet to fix the stores cash register. You can’t even do cash back.
