I called the store to ask if they were available to do a simple tire rotation. I was told yes so I left my place immediately. When I arrived, I was told that it would be AT LEAST a 3 hour wait and possibly longer even past closing time. I asked if I could at least return when they were ready and was told no, they would need the car to be present at the store the entire time. I explained that I had called about 20 minutes prior to avoid a wait and could show him my call log on my iphone. He then tells me that they weren’t all that busy 20 minutes ago. So over three hours worth of work landed on your table in the time it took to drive here from my place? Very frustrating. Worst experience I’ve ever had at discount tire.

Lied about wait time, sat and waited and was never advised it would take way longer than excepted, if I had been told it would be over 2 hours just to get the car in , I would have left a long time ago. Asst mgr Jonathan not only failed to advise me while I waited for 2 hours that it would take longer than I was originally told but I also was sitting next to another person that had also been here for over 2 hours. And when his car was ready he had to wait longer because they had not yet even gotten approval for his repair. Terrible customer service.

Just got my tire fixed here today. Made an appointment, showed up a little early.
These guys were SO kind and so helpful. I got in and out of there in less than an HOUR. They really made sure I was taken care of and if I had any questions they were ready to answer.
Truly great experience. So thankful they took care of me so quickly.

Arrived around 2pm Tuesday, not busy, great customer service! Have been to 3 different locations and THIS location made it possible to order all four tires AND have it replaced all on the same day in an hour! Specifically 35x12.5 BFGoodrich. Thank you!

Found the wheels I wanted, they had to order them from another store so they called to confirm availability. They were available but had been mounted and driven on then returned. Wanted to charge me full price for now used wheels.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Discount Tire as a whole has my lifelong business, but as long as I'm in Arlington, this specific shop has my patronage. Since i drive for work, they have helped me out of more binds than I could count. HIGHLY recommend you bring your vehicle here for any tire related issues, they will for sure get you right!

Jose was very polite, honest and accommodating. Knowledgeable about the condition that my tires were in and explained to me what was causing my tires to be the way they were. He made sure my safety on the road was important. Definitely recommend this location over any other! Other gentlemen in the store were polite and helpful to all customers around! Thank you for keeping my safety a priority.

By far the worst! Waited over 2 hour to get a tire fixed and no communication . Watch people come and go but I guess my service is not relevant. Losing hope in Discount tires and will go somewhere else worthy.
