If you are in the market for perfume or cologne, I would advise you to visit Sammie and Malachi in the fragrance department. They ate very knowledgeable and always give great recommendations. They helped me find a fragrance for my Dad and even helped me mail it to him. I've also found several fragrances for myself which I receive great compliments on. I have not encountered customer service like this is a long time. Especially when it comes to high-end purchases. I will always look for them every time I go.

The clothes at Dillards used to be beautiful and classy, now it looks like youryour great grandmothers closet. Very outdated and 50’s and 70’s stuff. Wasn’t pretty back then and sure isn’t now. On top of that the perfume and cosmetic people are neither polite or helpful.

The junior department manager was very rude and talking with me with attitude. I bought a prom dress for my daughter last Friday she tried it and didn’t like it and I have the reciept she refused to refund giving me sorry excuse that it has stain which I don’t see and my daughter didn’t wear it her prom is this Saturday even though I don’t have to give excuses I have the receipt and it is within 14 days and yet she refused to refund and spoke rudely.

This store is insane they don't want to help you at all so if you can avoid going to them go to a different Dillard's you'll have much better odds

Tried the standard prime rib. Not much flavor, and it was a bit tough. I usually get the seasoned and seared prime rib. Everything else was good.
