My experience at Bridal Concept by Dina Hawidi, was so nice. The staff was very helpful with letting me know what bridal terms/neckline/silhouettes etc. since this was my 2nd stop I was still not use to all the lingo. All the gowns were beautiful and the process was simple thanks to all the help. I cannot wait for my gown!

I got my dream wedding dress here this weekend and had the most magical experience. Each dress is hand-beaded and made especially for you. Nada and Luci made me feel so special as a bride and they knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel so confident in my dress. They were so patient with answering all of my questions and giving honest recommendations. Every part of the experience was just amazing. These are some things that made my experience so special:- As soon as you walk-in you are immediately greeted and have the whole store to yourself- They treat the friends/family you bring with you so well and include them in the whole process- They have you wear a luxurious robe before you try on dresses and I think that was my favorite part- There was a way to store your clothes so everything stays neat and organized- I was not rushed at all and everyone was sooo patient with me! I also did not feel pressured to buy which made me more confident in the decision of my dress- They are the BEST HYPE WOMEN- They are so knowledgable on dresses and I appreciated all of their honesty10000/10 experience. I wish I could buy a dress again just to experience this again

I had my dress customized by dina! And she nailed every single detail, it was better than what I had in mind. She’s so sweet and is willing to go above and beyond for you to get your dream dress. Her staff are extremely nice too If you are going the custom route and you’re indecisive like me, make sure you try on dress to know what you want and like and always have pictures to show :)

I went here to find my dress and I found it! Being plus size I was scared there wouldn’t be options to try on or I just wouldn’t feel confident. They made me feel comfortable and were so nice the entire time. They were helpful and super kind. I can’t wait to see my dress fully fitted!

The dresses are beautiful, and the stylists are super kind I really enjoyed my appointment in person. However all of the communication after my appointment has been horrible. I never got the pricing information for the dresses I tried on that day. I've tried to get that information by contacting the person that helped me with my virtual appointment but it takes them days to get me any information or update at all. It's a shame because I really want to get a dress from Dina but the communication has made it impossible to come to a decision. I see so many kind reviews about the process but unfortunately that has not been my experience. ?I understand that the stylists may be busy with all the appointments for their day but I genuinely cannot make a decision without the information about the pricing of the dresses. I wish there was a more effectiv ine way of getting the information....Update: The team at Bridal Concept was very prompt at reaching out back to me about the pricing of the dresses. Thankfully, it was just a miscommunication and some messages not going through. I really appreciate how they got back to me within the hour!
