I was in the drive-thru to pick up my prescription, when I got to the window at 5:00pm (the exact time) the person at the window said "we're closed". I have filed a complaint at their corporate office and will do it again.

Well, first off this place does not know how to run a business. They are always slow and other places get through a lot faster and so they just really need to do better in management.
