CTG has done a great job of increasing our computer security and keeping things running smoothly. They are rare in that they do what they say they will do. They are quick to respond and do a great job. I highly recommend them as a MSP.

Working with Anthony was awesome. I had several issues with software compatibility and ones that were not all that common. After many man hours and dead ends, Anthony did not stop attempting to troubleshoot my issues and he never gave up. He took my issue personally and I received top notch customer service as well as a resolution to my problem (a problem that a certain software company who's own tech couldn't figure out the issue with their own spreadsheet program). I am very thankful that Anthony was the one assigned my ticket because I don't know if anyone else would have taken the time to work through this issue. THANK YOU!

Our firm has been a long time client of CTG. I can't say enough good things about these folks. We have had tech issues that range from user questions to replacing our server, these guys own it. They have also worked with our other vendors to make sure our applications work properly with the hardware. Very professional, very courteous, excellent tech support.

Each time I put in a ticket, it is handled very quickly and they always get me fixed in 30 minutes or less. This is a great benefit because in the past with our previous provider, I would be down for hours at a time and it was a tremendous waste of time. Thanks for the excellent service!
