Nice quiet hotel, seems very quiet and not busy. Not sure why because it's easy on, easy off the highways and very near to many things.
Rooms: My room has a very rank odor when I arrived. It had no air running and the carpet in the living area was wet. I assume that was the reason for the odor. I stayed in the bedroom area for the evening.
Food & drinks: For some reason I was told the restaurant opened at 9 pm. I even questioned that and was told yes that's right. So I ordered Uber eats. Lost sale.
Noteworthy details: Being my husband is Diamond Elite status and I was on his reservation I'm surprised breakfast was not included but even at 14.99 it was a good deal for the buffet. Gravy was good, please supply it to your Express locations because whatever they use is awful! ?

Rooms are clean, though they had forgotten to put soap on the counter
Servers down in the restaurant are very accommodating. Both Chris at dinner and Rechell at breakfast.
Location is convenient for what we're intending to do today.
Food & drinks: Food is expensive, fair warning. And we were limited in the free breakfast option.

Crowne Plaza Arlington Good place to stay friendly staff they will answer all your questions with a good attitude. Also you can catch a tram to Six flags, Globe field and AT&T stadium. There is a 100 dollar a night fee but you will get it back as long as the room isn't trashed. On site restaurant has a breakfast buffet that you can pay for when you book or have it charged to your room. Otherwise it's $16.23 per person.I verified this information with Angie at the front desk and Sarah the waitress over the buffet.
Rooms: King size bed with a living room sofa, and chairs. Refrigerator and a Keurig nice size bathroom.

I visited while on vacation last week and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable! I visited the bar and and Colleen was my bartender. She greeted and smiled as soon as I sat down. She really knows her drinks! Exceptional service! Will definitely be back in the near future.

I am currently writing this while experiencing the worst night sleep of my recent history. The bed in my room literally feels like I fitted sheet over a sack of rocks. The blankets they have laid out for us are thinner than a tissue and are as scratchy as sandpaper. Due to the ventilation in our room, the air feels stuffy and stagnant even with the ac and fans on at full blast. Lastly the pillows provided are all squishy and provide no support for your head. The hotel is clean and I’m looking forward to breakfast, but nothing can excuse this night of sleep I’m having. I have slept better in a motel 6.
Edit: Dropping the rating to one star. The breakfast that we paid for with our room cost was below average at best. For the cost of breakfast, McDonalds would have been a better choice. Just imagine eating at a below average other hotel chain where breakfast is included.
During breakfast, the servers attempt to get you to leave a review with their names attached which really seems scummy to me. It also explains why this place is so highly rated.
Rooms: Rooms are outdated and horrendous

Probably the worst IHG hotel I've been to. At check in, you're charged $100/ PER NIGHT for incidentals!! Why charge 5 star hotel rates when this is ONLY a 3 star at best?! But when we checked in we were charged $200/per night!!! When confronted, the desk clerk first claimed it was taxes, and said it to us as if we were morons, but when she did the math, she finally agreed we were overcharged BUT could not remedy it AND we had to float $400 until check out!!!
If you stay here you'll see there's NOTHING this hotel offers that you'd need that much in incidentals. It is VERY BASIC. We asked about breakfast and we were told our reservations did not come with breakfast?? Even though I had 2 room with one being at full price???? Who does this to their patrons?????!!! The ONLY benefit is the location to stadiums and theme parks and even thats a stretch since there's other places to stay a lot closer.
During our stay there were approximately 4 men who were obviously intoxicated, and being obnoxiouslly loud, and cussing in the lobby/main atrium area. The noise could be heard throughout the hotel. Employees were seen walking around with no interaction to cease their disruption. I along with many other families WITH CHILDREN were staying here and this type of behavior should not be tolerated. When we complained about noise, the staffer replied in a condesending manner, "..what am I supposed to do about it..?" UNACCEPTABLE
I've been a long time IHG member and have literally traveled all over the country in IHG hotels. Sadly, this one made me reconsider my view moving forward.
