I am so annoyed with this Apartment complex Honestly I have had a leak In my unit 3201 for the Past Month Continuously going to there office Might I add I was very understanding obviously because I still have the same issue in my apartment unit 1 month later Honestly when it is not the Roaches it’s something else I’ve had a leak from the floor above me toilet which is a very disgusting smell and I’m having to use my towels to dry this mess up not only did this disguising water come from the bathroom ceiling but also the. Ceiling in my closet ruining my clothing that was laid out on the closets top shelf I annoyed at this Point here are pictures to prove what I’m saying is accurate attached is pictures from my unit nonsense

I was a previous resident at Crossroads at Arlington. I never received my Deposit back due to remodeling I was not able to reach anyone. I spoke to the Manager Aaron and he was able to help me get my deposit back. Thanks Aaron for your time and great customer service.

I have renewed my lease for the 3rd time. I have no issues with office personnel...I have grown to love them. They work with you on any issues just have to let them know and be patient.

Continuing from my other review.
This brings me to the straw that broke the camel's back. The last set of upstairs neighbors we had moved out of a month ago. The floors were apparently "resurfaced" yesterday (whatever that means for vinyl floors). I came home at lunch to the strong smell of mineral spirits. I'm not sure what chemicals were used, but they were definitely some kind of Volatile Organic Chemicals that were off-gassing something fierce. I made my way to the office to inform them that this was an issue because my wife is pregnant, that she would be home in a few hours from teaching, and that she could not be in this environment because it was dangerous for our unborn son (really nobody should be around it, I had a hell of a headache after spending 30 minutes inside later). This was the first time I had seen this leasing agent there (but they do seem to come and go); Aaron is out of town on vacation or something (good for him), so the manager filling in for him was from Belmont Estates (another Dayrise Residential property that is next door). The leasing agent and the manager were both sympathetic to my concerns, and the manager assured me that the issue would be handled. She even called the maintenance staff in front of me, telling her to open that apartment's windows and put a floor fan in it to air it all out. I left feeling skeptical it would be cleared out completely, but I felt better about the situation overall. I gave my wife a heads-up about the problem and told her to go to the office again if it smelled strong when she got home.
It did smell strong, so she went to the office to see if there was something that could be done. My wife called me a few minutes later to let me know that nothing had been done yet because they did not have a fan to send over(which was strange because I heard the manager ask the maintenance woman if there was a fan to put in, it was confirmed that there was and that it would be). She informed me that the manager would go over in a little bit to open some windows, though. Also, the leasing agent had asked if she could wear a mask. By this point, I was livid. I left my work to rush over to the office before it closed to clarify the situation. Things did not get better when I got there. The acting manager did not see anything wrong with the way she handled things. She was bold enough to say that she had already said she was sorry to my wife for not taking care of the bare minimum and that she walked all the way over to the apartment to open two windows a little bit and spray some air freshener. Hence, I had no right to be so upset(not verbatim but it is a succinct paraphrase in my opinion). She never seemed to comprehend that the smell was not the issue but the dangerous meaning behind the smell. She also explained that the reason nothing got done was because she was too busy working on sending out Notice of Evictions. When I asked why nobody bothered to inform me that nobody was going to do anything so that I could start looking for a hotel that I now needed, she told me that they did not need to, so they did not do it. I guess it was too much for her to just be like, "Yeah, I really dropped the ball on this one, I sincerely apologize that I put y'all out." Instead, I got her staring at me and asking me what I wanted her to do about it. So I left to go pack up my pregnant wife to take her somewhere safe. The next day came back, and the smell was milder. I am sure still plenty of VOCs being off-gassed, but my wife wanted to be home for her birthday. I still am amazed at the gall of some people.
So that's my story. I could post a bunch of pictures similar to the other one-star reviews. Overall, this isn't the worst place to live. It is conveniently located and safe enough, just cheap owners and uncaring management. I am sure it was great 40 years ago. I am thinking I cannot stomach another lease renewal this year.

Long post but the numbers is the summary of this post if you dont read the whole thing. They do not deserve even one star.
1. Do not use Jetty. It is a nonrefundable security deposit and it does not cover the cleaning fee that they AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE even when you do not get jetty.
2. Maintenance sucks.
3. They don’t tell you everything up front.
4. Heat and air sucks (AC unit).
5. They changed towing companies and the new company forced me to give them my insurance information in order to register my car for the duration of our stay. That seemed like a violation of privacy. Never heard of a towing company doing that.
Explanation :
Everything seemed perfect before moving in. Jalissa was great. We did not have problems with her and she did her job. But the staff is like a revolving door. They cant keep anyone. The apartment was a nice apartment (2bed/2bath).
But. The master bedroom’s tub handle was broken so I put in a request to fix it. Someone came, looked at it and said he would be back after lunch because he needed a part. He never came back so I put in another request and another and it took another week or so for them to come out and check it AGAIN and do nothing but take the knob off and never come back to the apartment. I sent in a request more times and it took them between 4 and 5 MONTHS to fix the tub.
On top of that, we moved in in the middle of summer and we like to have the air on 65. It never went past 82 in the summer and 78 in the fall. The windows and doors had cracks so outside heat and air came through. We called for that and the ac unit to be fixed as well and was told they could not do anything if it doesn't pass 20 degrees higher than the heat outside. We had to endure Texas heat inside as well as out.
They charge a cleaning fee AND a carpet cleaning fee (yes they are separate) whether your apartment is clean or not. So if you do decide to move in here, don’t expect the full refund of your security deposit.
In the end Mr. Hicks made sure we had our paperwork finished when it was time to move. He was very helpful.
This apartment just wants your money.

Don't come here, apartment is filled with water bugs, water damage, inefficient insulation ac runs all day to cool down small one bed apt, no key to outdoor storage problems with mail wasp net above my porch for months, leaks in multiple spot, cabnits are so bad cups wont sit up straight, every thing has been reported with a response but no action. The people or organizations that owns this complex need to put serious money back into this site

I have been staying here since February 2024 and it has been good living here. I have not had any major issues with the complex if I did they came within 24 hours. They work with you if you on any issues just have to let them know and be honest with them. The leasing office answers calls or return phone calls when you call them. I like staying here so far and will continue to live here. They are friendly and good people and have different things for the residents to make us come together and feel like a family. If you thinking about moving here please do it is nice and quiet here.

I like staying here. This is my first apartment in many years and so far so good. I like it and have not had any issues. Any time I have an issue and I contact the office they help me out or if I don't understand something they explain it to me. The office people are cool and laid back and I like them. I Suggest You Get Here & Apply ASAP, You won’t be disappointed ?
