I just paid my phone bill. The employee was so slow at helping others. She had a customer and constantly talking instead of finish helping. Between her and the customer, it was taking forever for her to complete the service. As I'm standing there, 4 more customers came in and we still waiting on her. She was the only employee far as I seen, because she needed help I'm the front. The longer she took, the more customers came in. This store has poor customer service skills

Jennifer was rude and tried to charge me for a free service called customer service to report do not shop here.

Came here for a friend's broken apple phone today. The guy working here is super friendly, helpful, and fixed it fast.I also bought a new screen protector. He placed it on my phone for me and did a perfect job!! Zero bubbles or debri. Definitely recommend.
