They are wonderful with my ferrets. The Drs always take their time to figure out the problems and finding a solution to help my girls. The Doctors are very engaged and listen to my concerns. I know my ferrrts are in good hands here.

This was my first visit. My dog had a tumer that required surgery. He is a rescue dog that doesn't play well with others and hates going to the vet. Everyone was great with my boy and accommodated all our special needs.

Dr. McGrath, and the technician were terrific. Our little girl can be skittish (it's the Shepherd in her DNA), but they made her feel relaxed and (almost) happy! Great staff!

Creature Comforts has been our vet for over 20 years. While I know there are very competent veterinarians, our go to is and will always be Dr McGrath. She knows us and our dogs. She has cried along side us when there was nothing else that could be done and believe me, she tried everything. She has always been very upfront and honest but will honor our wishes. I will never go anywhere else as long as she is there. Her shoes will be hard to fill for me! I love the entire staff at Creature Comforts. I couldn’t ask for better service and care for my dogs!

Dr Tran made our first visit even more comfortable as we expected. He took his time getting our two dogs comfortable first before starting the exam as they were both new patients. Looking forward to future visits!

I have been a Creature Comfort client for over 15 years and would never think of going elsewhere.
As far as what I like about the business, it's all of the above.
The staff is wonderful and there are no words to express how wonderful Dr. McGrath is. Anytime I've had a question or concern, she is never to busy to talk to me and always explains everything in detail and my dogs love her.
I have recommended the clinic to others who also feel as I do

Staff and vets are very best! I bring my ferrets here and I feel my babies are in the best care with knowledgeable vets. If you're in need of bringing your exotic for care this is the best place!

My experience with Creature Comfort was such that it cost me 300 dollars for the first visit in which they gave a script, it cleared her skin up but shortly after, like 3 weeks the condition came back. We scheduled again, took her, received the same script, 250 dollars for that one. Condition went away. Two weeks later she has it again only worse. First thing, I could go to my doctor and get treated for a skin condition for less and guess what, it would be gone and not come back. I am on Social Security and get x amount of dollars per month. Both times I had to put these costs on a credit card. They are hardly paid as of now and guess what again, my little dog has the same skin condition. So I thought maybe I could get a renew on the meds, I was not asking for nothing but their ok to renew the script. No the vet said, I need to see her before i write the script. I am broke and going without, So thank you Creature Comfort, I will go without certain things this month because I threw away 550 dollars. Real nice. I guess this is the way that folks contribute to senior citizens these days. Now I have no money and my little dog has scabs all over her body and No Meds. I honestly dont know what to do. I am truly sorry for the harsh words, but I was depending on C C to fix my little dog because we love her. 550 dollars is a lot of money to us. We have tried everything under the sun to fix her including changing her food to changing our laundry detergent to no avail.Its easy to say,"we couldnt identify you as a customer" but you know the dog. and the circumstances. We could not afford to bring her back in two weeks. Why does it take that amount of visits and resources. You have to be rich.and we are not.
