Its not even the location but rather the customers. No organization. Walking aimlessly. People try to walk through you and they will stop in the middle of walkways for no reason at all . Turn around in front of you for no reason. Almost like everyone thinks they are alone in rhe store. A great lack of respect to anyone but themselves. This is way more than any average area in DFW. People get aggressive with each other becauae they messed up. These are my experiences over and over not a singular visit.

Yes seems to me very good, but l was surprised that without membership no one can buy anything from here and the minimum $65/year is the membership fees.

Love Costco, great selection of everything. It is so annoying when the receipt checker feels they need to touch everything in the cart only to be told he is counting the items. Huh? I just spent 800 dollars and you need to count my cart full? When I just walk from the checkout with a real person?

We like Sam's much better. We are Plus members at Sam's and have early hours before the regular members get in. Also Sam's has Scan and Go to quickly check out.
Costco has a lot of organic foods, which is nice.

Not good produce, often rotten on the insides, pithy, dried out or spoils immediately. I've often brought fruit home that looks good ont he outside but the insides are brown and rotten and a trip back to return it isn't feasible. They run out of milk and eggs frequently. A lot of their items are bougie and they don't have a lot of just normal staple canned goods. One thing I do like is that they have several wheat free items (I'm allergic to wheat). That is why they get 4 starts instead of three.

At the food court, Everytime I order Pizza, this particular woman that works in the afternoon, gives me not what comes out of the oven, but one out of few boxed pizzas which've been sitting and have not been picked up by other customers. This happened to me 4 times with this same woman. Each time, Pizza was cold , dull & flavourless.

If your trying to order a pizza through the phone prepare to wait 30 min because there phones are broken. They also don’t accept preorders on pizza. Just go and call Duncanville Costco. I’m pretty surten you’ll be able to place an order on the phone and pick up in half the time compared to this Costco Food Court. All you’ll be here is a number.
I regret coming to this Costco every time from the long lines at checkout, mindless people blocking the way, no sense of urgency/purpose from the employees, understaff food court.
