It used to be good. Several days to get prescription filled. Called in by doctor's office on the 21st was told on the 25th that would be ready that day. Went to pick it up on the 26th and it still wasn't ready but they did get it ready. Very sad. Costco is a favorite among retailers. I think I'll need to pick another pharmacy though.

Called several times. They said they would text when prescription was ready. Called 20 minutes before closing, and they had never texted but said “Oh yah, it’s ready”. I went 2 days without prescription.

The guy Joey in TVs was amazing and why Im giving any stars. Loved his help! The line I thought i was standing in that went 30 yards down the aisle was supposed to be the self check with my 4 items- then i got to front and they said i was in line for the regular checkouts, please let the lines know way back! He could have let me self check with my small amout And the pizza took so long to make! Should not take 15-20 min

What can you say about Costco? There's always a good deal, the food is awesome... And I love the stupid chicken bakes. They're super tasty. You never know what you're actually gonna find. But it's always a good deal.

This is regarding food court!!!!!! ALARM ALARM ALARM, casher notify the customer about taking back the pizza to be cut they way customer was demanding! Cashier call her manager, the manager took the pizza and set the contaminated pizza on top of the clean unused boxes pretending that none see what she was doing, really food court full of customers, then took the pizza out of the box and cut the CONTAMINATED PIZZA AND CUTTED! Yes Yes Yes I don't thing they clean every utensils after she cut the unsanitized cuter! NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS FOOD COURT! This happened on Sun Nov 6th around 4:20pm

Purchased tires here about 4 months ago so today I had a flat tire tried to put air at the self service pump for "costco members" well it doesn't work if it's below 15psi I go inside I'm waiting in line for forever so an employee can yell at me to move my car from there. I explained the tire at this point was flat he said well you need to move it. I was attempting to cause no damage to the rim by not driving it flat but I guess this kid wasn't handed any common courtesy instructions when hired. I drove OFF with a fully flat tire! Thank you so much Costco never will I ever purchase anything from you I hope that employee gets employee of the month for his care regards to clients and safety. Canceling my membership as well.

We've not usually had a problem here and despite the occasional moldy bag of produce (usually zucchini's!) the quality of food is good. October '22 though, something has gone wrong with the service. Lots of staff standing around while the register alarms are going, who then get annoyed while we're trying to scan our stuff - perhaps they could help check people out instead of standing at the registers chatting. One worker, told us to put our stuff on the floor, which seems unhygienic for food, but he wouldn't stop the register alarms until we did. Very unusual visit - I can save on a membership and get bad service at Walmart for free I guess!

This review is for the food court. The warehouse is great, but calling ahead for the food court does nothing. Prepare to wait FOREVER, even if you call to order. Nothing like the Fort Worth Costco on Overton ridge, which always has your pizzas ready fast if you call ahead. It's just a management issue.

Some of the prices and employees here are good and helpful. The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever been at. They are often stacked with a huge line sometimes your weight and there's no buddy there to wait on you they don't have safe protocols with the pharmacy technicians handling all your stuff without gloves without masks. And over the years and coming here there's only been one receptionist in pharmacy that's actually been pleasant and nice to talk to. They also don't follow protocol sometimes I get sent to talk to a consultant about my prescriptions which I've been getting for years and sometimes they don't bother so I'm not sure if it's who's on duty or if there's something else going on. Jami forgets your info and has to repeatedly ask for it which is aggravating. They do have a problem with crime in the parking lot here so don't leave any valuables in your car. I had a neighbor that went to the bank and came in here and they broke into his car and stole some money. I found some personal items in a cart last year and I brought them in and gave them to one of the people on the door and I asked them to contact me if the person did not claim them and he laughed and said no. I can only hope that that person got their stuff back. One star because a few employees are super invluding Jake who helped me check out recently.y

KUDOS TO COSTCO. I had a situation regarding a purchase I made years ago. I wanted to duplicate the flooring and couldn't find my paperwork. The service desk employees went ABOVE & BEYOND X 100000000. At one point there were 4 employees trying to help me in my search. I was so impressed that I asked to speak to management. I strongly believe good customer service is a valuable asset to any business. I have been shopping Costco since they opened in Arlington, Texas and have been given EXCELLENT service without fail. I always know I can trust them and never be blown off if I have a concern. They are there for their customers. If you have a complaint, please be kind when approaching them and they will reciprocate and go out of their way to help you. A BIG SINCERE THANKS TO CYNTHIA, YOLANDA, LUCY, STACI AND CHRIS (management) Blessings to all.

We have a service dog for my daughter who has a disability. Not only did one of the employees break the law by asking me what service he did but as I was walking threw the door to speak with someone about my card he YELLED in front of everyone that I had a dog, as if I had a gun and was going to kill someone. So not only did he break the law he publicly humiliated me and my family in front of several customers as if I don't pay to shop here! I don't plan on renewing my membership and I'm still thinking about canceling it because of how poorly I was treated. The manager said he would speak to him but I still had to make my family wait in the car while I went shopping. I do NOT recommend this store, they are beyond unprofessional and left a disgusting taste in my mouth.

I love Costco, they have everything you need and don't need. I recently purchased a laptop online and wasn't completely happy with the touchscreen so I decided to return it. I ended up returning it in store and it was a no fuss/hassle process. I think you have 90 days to return electronics and I was at the 87th or so day. I was refunded the full amount, no restocking fee or anything. Thank you Costco'!

The store is amazing, as well as the employees.... The Service Desk, not so much! After getting checked out, the employee told me that the store owed me $$, and to go to the service desk. I asked if it were worth it. The lady said yes.. What a disappointment... The girl that I went to had problems, the gentleman next to her asked her if she needed help. His name was Sky.... She turned him down... After waiting an extremely long time, I said, " I don't know if this is all worth it" the girl got very sarcastic to me, I told her that she didn't know what she was doing. She pushed my Costco card back at me, and walked away. The lady that was standing there told me not to talk to her people that way. WHAT? The manager came up to see what she could do, then another gentleman. Finally after not seceding Sky walked up, told them what to do. He took over, and got it taken care of right away. This is not what I would ever expect from Costco!
