The store itself is wonderful but when you’re checking out and there are 3 other customers also checking out. But you are the one that is singled out to be watched the ENTIRE TIME . It’s very uncomfortable and obtuse. People that are working retail need to understand that everyone is not thief
and until given a reason for suspicion then treat everyone is if they are all the same.

Slower, as they say, than molasses in January. That’s probably fine for people who have lots of time, but I’m not one of those people. So I’m probably not coming here again. I like some of the products they have, it’s true, but they are a little overpriced.

Bad quality and overpriced products!!! Plus very bad customer services (the store in Arlington Highland, Arlington,Texas). Do NOT recommend! To be more specific, alcohol and food selection can be found at other stores for much cheaper prices and even more selections. Home goods and furniture are totally overpriced and bad quality. I got couple items, they were broken within a month with minimal usage. The company does NOT guarantee the quality of their imported products. Basically, buy them at our own risks.

How does a TINY tin of Matiz Spanish Octopus go from $8.99 to $15.99 in less than 2 years?!?! This is the only place I can get European octopus in DFW (as there’s very few European imports here in Texas) and prices which were already unreasonable are now outright insane. These goods are outrageously overpriced compared to what it is in the homeland and the attitudes of the staff don’t help one bit.
