I moved into my new apartment in December 2024, and it’s been an amazing adventure ever since! The neighborhood is delightfully peaceful, and the property is kept in top-notch shape. Plus, the two ladies in the office are absolutely fantastic—they’re always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, making me feel right at home!

Copper Chase has been an amazing place to live. Erin and the staff have been great to work with. The maintenance team is quick to respond and handle any issues. The complex is clean and well kept. Definitely recommend!

As a resident of soon to be a year, living here has been nothing short of amazing. Quick turn around on the few work orders you may have to put in, the property is always detailed, and all the neighbors are friendly. The office is always there to talk if you need something and they always have a positive attitude.

Apartments keep harassing us and fining us for picking up after our dog. We do pick up btw. And our dogs no longer potty where they used to. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY PEOPLE ON OUR SIDE OF OUR APARTMENTS THAT OWN A PET. Also, we leave our water bowls out for OUR pets after they take a walk and they are filled and consumed at that time. Please do not go and point fingers left and right when you can’t even protect the internet wires from the sides of apartments or provide cameras… around the entire complex

Been here two years and it's been a wonderful experience. Loved my apartment. Any issues were addressed satisfactorily (George is great). I woulldn't be moving if they had a ground floor one bedroom for me to downsize to available.

My communication and experience with Sandy and Erin of Copper Chase have been warm and professional! I recently completed the application process. Tech issues tried to block my progress, but Sandy answered my questions. I appreciate the positive experience I’ve had with these ladies and look forward to moving into the quaint and peaceful community there.

I lived here for 3 years. The inside of the apartments are average at best, the small things they can do to make them look better they refuse to do.
Pros: They keep the property clean and presentable. No issues with Pests.
Responds fast with maintenance requests.
Errors on their end when leaving were corrected (deposit money).
Cons: Parking, no parking available for yourself (if you have 2 cars) or for guests.
Maintenance half fixes things or patches up an issue, I had to request so many times for my ac/heat to be fixed throughout the years I lived here. Some Window screens never provided. Mirror glass that was never replaced it looked stained told them day one they lied said it’ll be replaced.
Office personnel attitudes suck, allow people to blast music all night into the morning 6-7am to be exact & they do nothing about it.
