Use at your own risk. Used Condor for a cross country move and had a number of issues with damaged and lost items. The claims process is heavily biased against the customer. The adjustors are pros at undervaluing lost/damaged items and do not move off their offer. The settlement amount they offerd for items we lost was an insult. In the end we had no choice but to accept their settlement. It has now been 6 months since we signed the settlement and still no funds or even a status on our clam. Do not trust what they say. If you use them be sure to have original receipts for all your belongings since they will require same for any claim. What a joke! Who saves receipts from years of accumulating belongings? The best protection against the inevitable is to simply use another company. Any other company will be better.

I received what was supposed to be a partial delivery for my father with the rest of his belongings going to another address. He recd a binding estimate via email that had both addresses, but the crew had a printed contract with just my address. Then told my dad they were going to charge him another $1200 for the second delivery. Shady.

If I can give zero stars or negative I would. We moved from San Antonio to Chicago. We had 3 movers from Dallas come and grab our stuff. That went smooth. What happened between then and when we got the delivery is unexplained. Condor hired some low budget movers in Illinois I’m guessing who one the main guy never even left the truck. We had two drivers change. And then the guys brother who is a scrawny 18 year old could barely lift a queen mattress. I helped that and helped him assemble my king bed that he was doing wrong. He basically was by hisself. After they started unwrapping we noticed major damage. We told them right away. And they broke a door hung as well. We contacted condor and do the claim process and all the pics etc. can you believe the insult of a reimbursement?? $288. Seriously??? My bed set alone cost more than the delivery itself. I attached pictures. DO NOT HIRE THEM OR NATIONAL VAN LINES NEITHER. THEY SRE BOTH CRIMINALS. pay more and hire two men and a truck. One set of delivery guys. Not twenty different peopleHandling your expensive items

Condor Moving Systems has great movers. They were super careful with our stuff. Definitely they took care of our stuff like it was their own. They worked super fast and efficient as well. Loaded up their truck like it was a great game so nothing would damaged. Over all great people. I would highly recommend them.

Crew from Condor Moving Systems were professional, competent, and extremely efficient. We have an easy and positive experience. We especially appreciated their attention when we asked them to move, adjust, and rearrange items several times and they were so patient and understanding. Their prices were very reasonable and having sincere recommendation. I would highly recommend them.

Condor Moving Systems by far offered me the most reasonable quote for a short distance residential move. The movers were very friendly. The process from obtaining an estimate to end of the move was extremely straightforward and smooth. They were so flexible and accommodating to find a safe parking spot to unload the truck. They were respectful and wore gloves and masks throughout the move. I will absolutely be using Condor Moving Systems again.

I highly recommend Condor Moving Systems. They had some of the best prices out of almost 15 companies I spoke to for my cross country move. My agent was super friendly and explained everything. All of the movers were kind and professional. They were quick and efficient with the packing+loading and unloading. There were no hidden fees. It was absolutely amazing. If I ever have to move long distance again, I know who to call.

Condor Moving Systems is the best moving company. The team was not only on time but early. They were incredibly respectful of us. During the entire moving process, nothing was broken or damaged. We are so happy with their service. Extremely professional and punctual. Definitely highly recommended.

They lost 4 of our boxes, including 3 classic Nintendo systems and game collections (which I suspect were stolen, as one box we had packed was left behind empty in our garage. At the time, we assumed it was among the stuff they had repacked.), all of our irreplaceable school yearbooks, significant number of dishware, and various tools. After we reported them all missing, Condor made little effort to locate them and advised us to file a claim with detailed descriptions of the contents and estimates for replacement costs. We spent a great deal of time and effort compiling the list and researching costs, only for their claims management company to tell us missing containers can only be valued based on weight and the settlement amount for everything was $190, less than 10% of the replacement cost. Either we accept that and agree to keep everything confidential or we waste more time with a futile arbitration process. They employ unethical movers. Our delivery driver brought a table that wasn't ours, and when we told him so, he still tried to give it to us. He also didn't bring any helpers, so he took the entire day to unload our stuff, didn't properly assemble everything, and rushed us to sign off on the delivery at the end. He sprang a last minute fee for our piano because he'd only just seen it, even though it was on the inventory list and included in the price quoted us at pick-up. Do not use this company, and be careful going through a moving broker because that's how we ended up with Condor.

Thank you to Condor Moving they exceeded our expectations! They were quick to respond to my every inquiry, and provided good pricing, along with thorough appointment setting details. They relocated swiftly at the new apartment location to get truck items loaded into the freight elevator and up to our new apartment, and from there to the local storage unit to unload the rest of the truck. We couldn't have asked for a best moving team! They were highly professional, efficient, friendly, and clearly experts!

Condor Moving System helped tremendously without any damage. The professional moving team moved quickly, friendly, explained and asked what I wanted in which order and even helped to load my car. There price was super competitive, much better than any of the others. I will absolutely call them in the future for moving needs.

Condor Moving System was very convenient and email communication was very responsive. They came at 9 a.m. and loaded furniture from my house to a storage unit. With 3 guys, it went very smoothly and faster than expected! And they were an amazingly nice and polite crew. Very professional, made sure that all my furniture was wrapped and protected in blankets and they were so careful. Before they left, they made sure everything was where we wanted it. Exceeded my expectations.

Awesome! I have moved 5 times in 10 years... best movers we have ever had! First time without any scratch's or breaks during the move. They handle all my goods extremely well and do an excellent job protecting your furniture. I was very impressed! They are quick and efficient, very well priced for movers. These guys are great!!! My wife and I moved from Texas to Florida in June. Condor was not our pick but were contracted by the moving broker we hired. We paid extra for them to pack everything thinking that they would do a better job. From the moment they showed up it was a nightmare. They were late, left halfway through to get a bigger truck and absolutely destroyed both bathrooms while they were there. Our delivery was very similar. Over 2 hrs past the window. No furniture was reassembled, which we paid for, over a dozen boxes( TVs, over 100 books and a lawn mower) are missing and we have multiple pieces broken. To top it off the final cost was $10,000 over the estimate.

We hired Condor Moving Systems for our move last Friday, it was a best moving experience. Scheduling with them was easy and the price was very fair. They were absolutely amazing! Very hard workers, respectful and polite. This is an honest small company that I was happy to give my business to. I will definitely recommend.
