I am not sure what i like best: trusting them with my daughters wedding dress cleaning and preservation or their fantastic cleaning of an oversized bedspread at a reasonable price in a quick turnaround. Both were 'spot off!' Comet is Arlington's "go-to" reliable cleaners.

Walked in at 6:06 pm today on Saturday and told the girl I'm ready to pick up my clothes and pay and she said "were closed" . Extremely upset I couldn't get my clothes and give Comet the money I owe them. Now I have to wait to get my clothes. Probably last time I come here

Fantastic. I've been to Comet Cleaners a handful of times in the past two years. I've experienced a professional and attentive staff that conducts good work. Besides the 20% discount on Tues/Thurs they also provide a 50% discount on uniforms for first responders, in addition to, cleaning the National Flag for free. They have a texting system that will notify you when your items are ready with the amount due, typically items are complete in 24-36 hours but you can request same day service for an added fee. I've always walked in but I've seen people drive up and both services are quick and easy. Highly recommend for dry cleaning needs.

This is my favorite dry cleaner in Arlington. Always friendly. Always reliable. Always a fair price. I will not go elsewhere. Comet Cleaners has been around since 1924 and this is why. Why go anywhere else?

I just needed a pressing of shirt. I have an event tomorrow and it was last minute. I would have paid premium. The sign outside say “1 hour service” but that is lie. “That was for 1963” the woman said inside. Well either alter the sign or put one up that says “no longer available”! Complete false advertising. I found a place though. Go to Tran Alterations at Cooper and Lamar (old Kroger center, next to Ace Hardware) she will press your shirts in 3-4 hours. A complete gem of a person and lifesaver!Service: Clothes pressing

I sent six high end scarves with spots that needed special attention. They said they had the woman with 20 years experience. Not one spot was removed. The scarfs still had the exact same wrinkles. I truly believe they were never touch. I took on the job myself most the spots were easily removed. Some were not. I will never return
