I'm so unbelievably furious with this place. I found an amazing find, but no price tag. I took it to the front register and they told me they couldn't sell it to me, and that if I wanted it, I should just come back tomorrow and look for it. Seriously? There are so many employees there and NO ONE could run to the back to put a price tag on it? No one could say, "Here's a similar item for $7. How about we charge that same amount?"

$7 dollars for a toy Batman that didn't have all its accessories
$8 for this panda
$3 dollars for this little Minecraft plushie
My kids wanted them so that's the only reason I bought them.

Very bad place, I don't recommend it. Today I went and they wouldn't let me enter with my baby because I had a stroller. I don't know how it affects them. I will never return because of discrimination.

I’ve always loved this place but my GOODNESS my last visit left me ENRAGED. I found a piece of clothing I’ve been looking for EVERYWHERE, new, in my size. I was so excited, I was talking to my friend the whole time I was in line ab how it was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Fast forward to the checkout and the lady won’t sell them to me bc “the tag is too loose.” ??? What??? I understand that if the tag is apart from the clothing they can’t sell it but really?? The tag being loose is not a customer error, that is entirely a staffing error. The rest of my cart totaled out to $95, I’m clearly not stealing. This just honestly seemed to be the most ridiculous refused sale. Most likely will not be returning.

Only dared to give one star solely to leave this review. The women and girls here are very rude and are disrespectful. They do not speak English, so they speak to people as if you are the stupid one, and they just seemed extremely bothered to be doing their job!! I attempted to be nice, but they seemed entitled. Bad experience, both times I tried, will never return and will be having family and friends go to the one nearby instead.

Absolutely terrible. Noone running dressing rooms, they have a 10 min limit with people that can't follow rules so your just there wondering if you make it in. When checking out the cashier was clueless and didn't know how to do there job. I ended giving a 100 dollar to pay for my items, they had to call someone over to help. Just for them to ask what my total was. I simply said it's not my job to pay attention to that it's the cashiers. I ended up getting short changed two dollars, but by the end of it. I didn't care anymore.

This is a great thrift store, I have been coming here for years but I can’t help but be appalled by the prices they have for some items-considering they get them free . Thrifting is supposed to be affordable

If i could leave zero stars i would. Staff probably never finished grade school cause sheeeeeesh slow… Place stinks, literally. Dressing rooms dirty, and they want to sell everything for original price. No thanks ?? Save your time, go elsewhere

??Customer Service is very bad. I wanted to buy a baby stroller. It was priceless, I asked the person who works there as he went to ask the supervisor???? There he left me standing for a long time without returning. I went to pay something after 20 minutes and found it before leaving as if nothing had happened. I told him, There you have me waiting for you with the price, his answer: Things if they don't have a price, they don't sell?? That's what I would have told me before?? I don't recommend it?? THEY ARE TOO WORTH MOTHER. THEY BELIEVE THAT ONE IS GOING TO BEG THEM FOR SOMETHING AS A GIFT. ?? AND THEY ARE THE ONE TO WHOM YOU GIVE A GIFT SO THAT THEY SELL IT TO US AT A VERY EXPENSIVE TIME.?? THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE CONSIDERATION AND MORE ETHICS.??
