I'd rated Chula Vista Apt 4 stars for it's friendly, generous and outstanding kindness from the management, Mrs Martinez, office staff and their maintenance workers. They're are friendly oriented people to make sure their tenants safety is utmost important to them. We thank them for all their generosity and their kindness they've shown us. The tenants here are people oriented by helping one another. Thank you Chula Vista Apts ❤️

I lived for a full year in their apartment complex and truly felt at home. Excellent services received from the workers, especially the manager, who is a person with great human quality, always willing to listen to concerns and try to resolve them immediately.

These apartments are horrible. Anyone who gives it a 5 star is probably helping management lol. Have been there 11years and nothing has changed. No remodeling, no anything. Prices have doubled but the money you pay is not being put to use at all. The apartments around Chula Vista are much better, and the rent their charging is almost the same as the new apartments that were built next to them. New management is extremely rude and unprofessional, you can’t even go in for a small complaint without the GM Roxanne giving you a terrible attitude. At least with the old management the prices were fair and they were fairly nice but not anymore. They always throw random fees out and when you do pay them they say that it’s “not in their system”. Neighbors literally went 3 days without AC in the middle of Texas heat. In all honesty, the place is just falling apart and the owner does not give these apartments a second look. Avoid Chula Vista if you care about your money and sanity. The apartments around it are much better in quality and price. So glad I left.

This place has been my home for almost 10 years and i have great memories here with family. Management has always been kind and helpful!! The other day my mom even saw the manager helping an old disabled man!! Everything that we've needed fixed has been fixed, and the visitors parking is so easy to use. The sun shines brightly for us here!!

I have been living here for over 2years . Maintenance always takes care of my work orders on time. love the lady’s at the office they are very professional and helpful . Thank you Chula Vista and staff for making me feel comfortable living here .

Disgusting apartment, the maintenance guy doesn't work, he fixes something and it breaks again, the refrigerators and the stoves and the bathrooms and the light bulbs and the connectors break down quickly, terrible service

Department service disgusting 8 months demanding my right to cook on a stove that works with 4 burners """ only 1 continues to work "" summer is over and the air conditioning is still waiting """ I like the place the area the comfort d my daughters to go to school but as a community maintenance is useless and the new manager MMM DON'T TALK LACK OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS but goodness for gossip and threats I RE-RECARE IT MAINTENANCE AND ADMINISTRATION PEOPLE

It really hurts that they have changed the administration, so good that everything has changed, an administration that is of no use, they do not solve anything for you and besides, they get upset because you ask them to repair something in your apartment that you are paying punctually in 3 years that I have here I never had a single problem until the new administration came in. Now they even gave me a deadline to leave the apartment. The truth is, I don't know. I recommend them at all. I give the administration a zero.

If I could give zero stars I would! I’m not the type to leave reviews but these apartments are by far the worst I’ve ever lived in in my life the staff is horrible & lazy as heck they don’t fix anything but they want they rent on time & in full. Air has been out over 24 hrs & it’s September! Hot as ever outside! They’re response was sorry I will let maintenance know but they have things they are working on already mind you it’s the weekend. I wouldn’t recommend these to anybody no matter what I would rather a shelter than these. Zero star rating for me. Throw the whole apartment complex & the staff away ?

Lousy excuses when trying to apply. I was denied due to false info on my credit, informed them that its false and having the situation handled. Was told by the credit bureau, bbb, and housing plus 3 family members that have been in the apartment management positions for over 40 years that there shouldn't be any reason I should be denied. When having the situation resolved they never emailed me back had to go in person to be told that since I was denied they won't help. There wasn't any effort in moving forward when asking for a new application to have my co signer apply they told me no.

Update. I went from a 1 start review to a 4 but now if i could use a 0 star review i would. We have new management for like a year now. Maybe more... and these girls are just money hungry. My rent has been up twice already in less than a year. And they fine you for every single things as well. You cant have anything ourside or its a $75 fine. You cant check oil pressure or fix a flat because its a fine. STILL NO FUMIGATION since 2017 and im still paying for it. And they cut your water service without notice. As of today i been without water for 24hrs. And its gross because we have a bathroom and we cant flush it at all. I havent showered. My kids and my husband either. Its ridiculous. Roaches. Im infested. And well i cant wash dishes since yesterday because of no water. And imagine the bugs. ? worst complex ever really. Please dont let the comples website fool you. Its not worth it.

They are very unprofessional.... I called and came by for a week to check on an application and no one answers ... they take multiple lunches.... after being denied I said ok I'm on my way to get my money order the lady said ok and then when I arrive she had left and I literally jumped in my car while talking to her... I ask maintenance to call her and he pretended to and said she will be back in an hr... I came by earlier in the day n no one was there... n I'm sitting outside and all u wast is my refund ... she knew I was coming from and knew I was coming... I been trying to call corporate office and everything... this is not right
